Not feeling good about my latest experience there. Upgraded 2 phones May 6th. One was to the iPhone 11 with $300 off. The other was to the iPhone XS with $600 off. Neither have shown true yet. Just received my 3rd bill and both are still showing full retail cost which is what the digital receipt showed too. I went in Monday and the associate helping me was very nice and tried everything she could to verify my trade ins were at least annotated. Apparently, the manager has to go through the paperwork in back to see. She took my number and said Nick would be calling me in about an hour after he looked through the trade in paperwork. I didn’t hear anything. I was driving by about 5 hrs later and decided to find out in person. They were swamped. She apologized and I said no worries, I’ll wait. Now 2 days later and still nothing from Nick. I tried calling since I’m out of state and their phone service sent me to another store. The guy transferred me back and again I sat on hold. Apparently my loyalty of being a 23 year AT&T customer means nothing to this store. I’ve bought from them before and was trying to again, but after this experience I think I’ll try another company and just return these phones. The original sales person (Gena) apparently no longer works there. If they get my issue resolved, I’ll update my rating.
October 2020. I added a star because I finally got all that was owed to me. However, 6 times the manager Nick was supposed to call me and never did. I had to initiate the communication EVERY TIME!! I won’t ever use this store again and would recommend no one else does either. The first refund was in August for $700. I had to reattack to get the rest of the $200. I was originally told by Nick that he would refund me $50 each phone immediately and the rest had to come from their main office. When I didn’t see anything a week or two later, I contacted him again and he said he was waiting for the main office to issue their portion of the refund.    Read moreOne of the worst experiences I have ever had with AT&T. We have been a subscriber to their cell service for going on 12 years. And almost decided to switch companies after the lack of knowledge and ability to take care of their customers reared its head today. Trent was the employee that attempted to help us before we stormed out of the store. First of all, he was late opening the store. The store was supposed to open at 11am and he didn’t show up until 11:08 to open the doors. He made it completely clear that he was not in a helpful mood by his demeanor and attitude from the beginning. He was condescending to my wife when she asked questions. We decided that we would try to turn in our trade in phone to a different store. The store over by Best Buy was amazing. They answered all of our questions and even got us to sign up for tv and internet while we were there. Megan and Savanah were the two employees that helped us out and we will forever use the corporate store over the franchise. The knowledge difference and customer service between the 2 stores is night and day. While the corporate store did everything that they could they were unable to take our trade in iPhone. We did have to return albeit quickly to turn our phone in to the Moore store. I really hope that out of all of this Trent gets a lesson or 10 in customer service.    Read moreI made appointment with the previous att customer service representative that we have meet before to help transfer a phone number from one account to the other. The customer service representative that meet us at the door was rude and because I ask for the previous customer service representative that had help us in the past but he said she is not here and ask if I want help today or tomorrow to reschedule my question is why did att not call me back when my customer service representative wasn’t coming today to reschedule ahead of time before driving up there. The lady Manager came up to us and was helpful at first and then began being hateful and rude to me and my parents and told me dad to leave the store what kind customer service is that, than got another customer service representative and didn’t tell him what was going on just go help them. We’re is the communication at in this store that and the lack customer service is astounding to we got past around the store from one customer service representative to a other.
