Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Moore

Beware of this location! This happend 3 times first time I took it as an accident second time as miscommunication. This last time is gotta be a scam. So I went thru drive thru order pizza and the crazy combo meal! The key word is "meal". So the first time I ordered the crazy combo meal, so I go pay the first person said oh my bad and I said it was the meal that comes with the drink so he took my card I figured they just void it and ring it up the way it should. So I get home and realized he charged me for just the 2 liter which is $3 and some change but if you get it with the crazy bread it's only $1 more. I didn't make a big deal about it it was just few bucks. So the second time I ordered the same again the person said oh I didn't hear you! So I said I don't want to be charged full price for a 2 litter that I can go get cheaper but he said nothing he could do then, so I I left. I left it alone! But today was the last straw my kid was with me I ordered pizza and "crazy bread combo meal" I made sure I said meal. So get to the window young lady gave me the pizza and bread no drink so I asked for my drink and looked at my receipt and they didn't charge me the meal combo. So then she said it's gonna be 3 and some change Soni responded with I ordered the combo meal and she argued with me and said that I hadn't said anything. So I was about to hand her my card back but before I did I said I want to pay for the combo meal and that's only 1 dollar more. Can you void that transaction and and charge the right amount she huffed and puffed and said no I can't. Then she follows it with you want the soda or not!! So I said don't worry about it. 7/30/17 5:30pm Dinner rush, three cars in front of us in line. No big deal, the line was moving pretty quickly. As we pulled up to the ordering menu, the girl over the intercom says "I can take your order at the window." Cool. When we pulled up to the window to place our order the girl working the register made eye contact with us, didn't say a single word, and walked away. She went to take a lobby customer's order, which is when we realized they were short staffed. So, it made sense that she needed to leave the window for a moment to also serve the lobby customers. After she was finished with them, she came back up to the window to take our order. Only once she did, she didn't say a single word. Nothing. Radio silence. insert cricket sound effect The short, dark haired girl with the green finger tipped nails just stood there and stared at us. With absolutely no help from her, we gave her our order. She very shortly stated our total and took our money. Nothing detrimental, our order was correct and tasted fine, she was just extremely rude. No sense of customer service at all. I love their pizza but if it gets to be a hour before closing they never answer the phone. The last three times I have called no answer. So I gave it one more shot on Friday night June 20th at 10.00-1015 I called 4 times and after 15 rings like normal it hung up on me and they’re not supposed to close until 11.00. So I thought ok I will place an order online. Everything checked at and I ordered two large pizzas and it said my order would be ready at 10.46. That’s 14 minutes before they close. I was denied!!! You are missing out on a lot of business. Just close at 9pm if you don’t want to serve people. Also my friend as told on many occasions that she comes with a big group of kids in the afternoon and orders hot and ready pizza and you have none. I understand it gets hard sometimes to estimate what pizzas to make hot and ready well then don’t advertise it. I am really disappointed cause that was my favorite pizza place to go to.
