Rent-A-Center — Local services in Moore

Not at all happy with how the manager treats their staff. In fact I am furious!!!! I was in the store last week as a mystery shopper. I saw the degrading attitude a female staff person had with a man who when I spoke to him said he was in training in the store. The woman acted like she was the man’s mother on a bad hair day. This young man helped and directed me to what I needed to look at and did an awesome job doing so. I went back to the store to make a cash purchase and was told the young man had been let go. Now I am not sure why? Don’t understand, the young man did what I thought was a fine job answering my questions, and was very knowledgeable to have been there just one week. Maybe he was promised on position and given another? I am not sure exactly why the young man was terminated but this made me think long and hard about this store. We all reap what we sow. Folks. Treat people how you want to be treated! Teach instead of judge! We are not all perfect in this world! I see at this store, managers have choose not to work with the young men who are trying to make their place in life. Managers of this store, shame on you! Rent-a-Center you have lost a good cash...

I just moved to this city a few weeks ago and I needed furniture so I went to Rent-A-Center to get that the people in there were all friendly at one point in time furniture didn't get delivered like it was supposed to I was told that I was going to be credited for the week that my furniture was not here that did not happen I haven't spoken to three or four different people and said that I was going to be in on Friday to make my payment they have called me and text me everyday six times a day from the time I sent the text message and said I'd be in Friday I've had people come to my house I have had the worst experience with this Rent-A-Center ever in life I will never ever ever rent from this Rent-A-Center again I am having them pick up my furniture on Monday I've had your week I am over there they're rude their money hungry they have a very bad attitude they're unprofessional the managers got an attitude the system manager has an attitude the people in that building really need customer service help you might need to get...

This place is a joke they call 24/7 they harass you about your payments and make you feel like a pile of poop. They say things like well you chose to come to us we didn’t go to you… I have been paying on my couch for a year and a half and still owe the sticker price lol!! Caution beware!! The work flow process is a joke. Btw I have never missed a payment.. ever!! Go some where else I would never go here there is plenty of other companies that care for there clients.. this is not one of them!!! Buyer be ware!!! The employees just do as they will!
