When I lived in Moore, I was literally just down the street and got snow cones all the time. The school I work at booked them for a school event. I was excited! When I called to set it up it was $200 for an hour and $100 each hour after. I had the total as 214 people. So, he went ahead and put us down for 2 hours-$300, but told us if we finished in an hour we just pay $200. So the day comes and we finish in less than an hour because 100 of those 214 went on a field trip. After everything was said and done I received the invoice that said total amount was $200 because it was less than 1 hr. Paid it and moved on. I got a phone call about a week and a half later asking why I didn't pay the whole $300. He told me he called over to our admin building when he got the check and they told him to call me. I was accused of changing the price. I explained our invoice it said the total was $200. After explaining why I had paid the $200 numerous times, he finally just said that the invoice was wrong. Also, telling me that it was wrong because after a certain amount of snow cones in the hour they charged a $1.00 each. Of course I paid the extra $100 that was not included in my invoice total. I'm not happy about that and I will never do business with them again. The error was on their part and because I was told of what would happen beforehand, I had no reason to think it...
Read moreI went here today trying to redeem a Groupon for a snowball with 1 scoop of ice cream and 1 topping. I paid $3 for each Groupon, which was for a snowball and topping equal to $5.50. When I placed my order, they said it was for the smallest snowball only (which was normally $3 without a Groupon). How all 3 employees working tonight decided that the Groupon which says "Amount paid for this Groupon ($3.00) never expires. The promotional value expires Aug 17, 2017" meant that I was only supposed to get the $3 snowball is beyond me. Do people really think that "amount paid" and "promotional value" are the same thing? The manager really should post what size snowball comes with the Groupon, since they decided to promote their business through Groupon. Now instead of enjoying my snowball, I have to go through the process of getting a refund for my Groupon since the employees have no idea what product they should be giving out. They have definitely lost my...

They have both drive though and counter. The sizes vary from small (about 8 oz.) to pineapple size (served in a hollowed out pineapple). They have atleast a hundred flavors to choose from, you can choose more than one. Then choose if you want a plain snow cone, a tornado (shaved ice with vanilla soft serve), or pineapple twist (shaved ice with pineapple soft serve). Very reasonably priced plus they give special discount to military and occasionally have coupons on their Facebook page. Highly...
