Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Moore

I used to like going to this location because of the efficiency and customer service. However it’s gone down hill in the past month or two. The person(a new guy I hadn’t seen before) running the drive thru today, lacked in every aspect. I paid, he tried sending me off without any of the stuff I ordered, when he handed my drinks he didn’t secure them in the drink carrier and it spilt everywhere. My wife and I frequent Scooters in another location. This one happens to be closer to home so we have given it a few tries. The drinks are not the greatest, we’ve gotten the wrong drinks a once or twice.. they have even substituted the red bull with sugar free instead of just telling us they didn’t have what we ordered. Love this location!! The people who work here are so awesome and they are always so nice. I had to put my dog down in July because she was really sick and she couldn’t ride with me that day, and I asked if I could please have her last pup cup (she loved her pup cups) and they gave it to me to take home to her.
