Excited to get a family Pass for the first time this summer, I went here with my youngest 2 children and my 15 yr old son. Went to the gates to get in and was redirected to the building right beside us. It was were u buy the passes. The woman at the counter was soooo Rude to my youngest son, a toddler, I kindly ask about purchasing the passes and she pointed at him saying âhe cannot be in here without a shirt and he has to have shoes on too! She was so ugly about it , he had a life jacket on for crying out loud and he did in fact have shoes on too. It was mind blowing. I brushed it off and she gave me the paper to fill out for the passes. I started to write on it and she insisted I go away from the desk to fill it out. There was no one behind me, no line. It was ludicrous. I asked if I could take the clip board to use to write on she hesitated angrily even tho there was 4 more on her front desk. It being used. She said âI guess so â. But made it very apparent it was certainly a bother to her. I walked away and sat at a near by chair, my 15 yr old took my 4 year old outside bc she was so mean about him not having a shirt on. She said he âCannot be in hereâ. He was 4. As I wrote on this paper for the passes I came to a stop. I couldnât give this mean lady $200. I couldnât. We got FRONTIER CITY /HURRICAnE HARBOR passes. It was actually so much cheaper and we have enjoyed both places so much more than we would have this place with this angry old woman. Someone should have her moved to the back office or somewhere else, bc I have a loud voice and I wonât be quiet about how she treated ans made my 4 year old feel. We were at a Water park for crying out loud! any he Hd a life jacket on. She had medium length brownish blonde hair maybe in her 50âs or 60âs. Wish I got her name. Shame on her including a pic of my little guy she was so cruel to. As if. There goes our business and anyone else I know for that...

And response time to a child falling has gone to non-existent to under a minute the pass few weeks. Cons: always seen a multiple injuries every visit in a 2 hour span. Yes the HS lifeguards are rude & have no clue how to explain the parks rules they are enforcing. My main complaint is the feature rules... According to website and mgmt there is a height requirement mandated by the state for the slides. Ok fine. Until I sign my 3 yo got signed up for preschool swim lessons & on day 1 they got to go on the slides. Wait where's the height requirement? Well its only during open swim hours. As a Passholder, this presents a problem trying to explaining to a 3 yo that there are rules but they don't have to follow them at lessons with the lifeguard but he does with their parent. Mgmt gave me a lot of what if scenarios if they went on a slide with a parent but wouldnt be the same with the lifeguard (bc physics doesnt change) AND wouldnt there be even more liability on the guard and the park. I think if the explanation is manufacturer & state regulations for safely those safety rules should be black & white, can & cannot, too short or tall enough! No riding the slides unless youre this tall regardless of what time of day it is! Lastly, yes they need to word their signs (climbing wall) to be specific as well as their website. Non-swimmer determined by lifeguard... Hmmm. I question the perspective of someone determining swimming capabilities that cannot even be professional at their job (rudeness, butt cheeks hanging out of swimsuit... P Anderson covered more on Baywatch!) The rules for attractions does not match their "fun sounding, selling a ticket" descriptions.

Read moreI will not ever come back to this facility so we drove 1hr 45mins to get there when we walk up to pay for our tickets first off she was extremely rude we let it go and went in we get in and take my son over to the yellow slide he was in a life jacket which btw they can not use on any slides or diving boards anyways so they say he has to do a swim test so he did and they let him go down the slide then he goes down the lazy river and then goes back to the same yellow slide and again made him do another swim test we told them he already did it so then they was like well we need to measure him so we said why he already did the swim test twice already and then my 17yr old son was going to take his 7 yr old brother down the big slide and they blew the whistle for like intermission and 16 and older can still swim so my son was like can I go and the life guard told him no that he wasnât 16 or older my son said yes I am and the life guard argued with him and my son said I think I know how old I am that he drove etc and the life guard just told him no but was letting all the girls go of course and even another teenager was like are you not going to go are you stuck in line and my son was like no he wonât let me so then my 17 yr old was like Iâm done well then my husband took my 7 year old back to the yellow slide and they again told him no so after that we just left we were there a total of 1hr and 30mins had 2 breaks in between they donât even deserve...
