At first I thought this was an amazing store, then I purchased a square lamp with shelves, but once I got it put together, there was no lamp shade. I called back to see about what could be done as the product was incomplete. I was met with resistance, and a lady who would not let me speak at all!! I would recommend that if you purchase anything from this store that needs assembly, put it together right in the store. The return policy is 7 days, but I don't want to return it, I just want a shade for the lamp!! I doubt that I will get...
