☕️ Café time in Moorestown, New Jersey

My sister came to town from Boise, Idaho and I asked her choose a cafe to try. We landed back in Moorestown at French Press.

Hidden up a walking path from Main Street, this experience immediately felt like we were teleported to another place. The gardens, the patio, and the impressive front entryway effectively brought about a charming French vibe.

The inside continued the feeling with ornate walls, ceilings, furniture, and ceiling fixtures. Even the bathroom decor stayed the course. The delivery of food came complete with china, silverware, and the perfect petite napkins.

Menu options for beverages were plentiful. I was going to get a French pressed coffee (seemed appropriate), but when I saw they had refreshers, I opted for that. It was a hot afternoon and it hit the spot. My sister got a mocha and presentation was perfect. The croissant? We split an almond croissant. They did have beignets…maybe next time with my French pressed coffee.

Other patrons were seen relaxing both inside and outside. One was even creating some art. It’s definitely a place to meet up with colleagues, friends, or just get some work done in a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend trying French Press for a fully satisfying...

Now here is a little slice of culture. This beautiful little gem, is a small, historic coffee shop in the heart of a quant, picturesque setting. They sell well prepared baked goods and have created a very comfortable, warm environment. This is the type of place the main character of a book would come to read and wright her memoir on a summers day. The place is quite literally built into a historic house, the walls are ornate and everywhere you look you see charm, if your a history nerd like myself it will draw you in instantly.

If you are an American I recommend you trying the French press experience, I mean quite literally a french press of coffee, sit and press this down on a tray of silver with a pastry, this will transport you to a summer morning in a European city.

If you are european visiting the Moorestown area, I suggest you try the winter favourites, they actually understand good brewing technique here, so most of the coffee is balanced and well made.

Finally I wanted to say I believe the owner has a special eye for detail, presenting their craft on a silver tray with beautiful green serviettes, I have to say with all honesty I was impressed, I don’t know where you get your ideas but keep doing it, this place has future legacy written...
