Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Moorpark

The service here is truly amazing. From the moment I got to the register Karina had a great smile. She up sold me and I am very happy with it. I got the food fast with table service asking if I needed anything else. About 10 minutes later, I had someone else come to the table and ask if everything was good. She then recommended the dessert. I declined and she stated if there is anything she could get let her know. After a little while, I can only assume the shift lead or manager came by to ask how everything was. After I was finished not 1 minute went by that they picked up the tray. Even when someone was getting off work they said bye to everyone. (Almost have the feeling like you belong) At a fast food restaurant, it is very uncommon to have this kinda service. Congrats to the management stay to have staff that has this kinda pride...

Went there last night at about 7:30-8 and after ordering when I had arrived to the window I was treated by a 5’5 maybe 5”4 Guy who seemed to be having a rough night, I normally don’t give problems or complain ever I get that not everyone has there good days, but every time I have come to this Place and have been helped by him it has been nothing but passive aggressive feelings. my orders have been wrong numerous times and to top it off when I had asked last night for some sauce they had finally decided to tell me that the sauce I had asked for in specific had been of short supply and they couldn’t give me a lot... but they didn’t even give me any to begin with so I couldn’t see how they thought that would be a pliable response. horrible experience, looked like a bunch of fried high school kids in there who dont even know why they are there i doubt they know they’re getting paid to serve my food. I order and dont receive my meal till about 15 minutes later in the drive thru while it is empty. Fried kid in the window just hands me the food and walks away while i dont get my drinks. I go inside to ask for them since there was no one in sight and same fried kid just hands me the cups without saying a word to me.
