Fazoli's — Restaurant in Moraine

Went through the drive-thru at 11:09 am on Monday, July 10th. Ordered 2 large spaghetti with meat sauce and 6 extra breadsticks. The girl said "spaghetti with meatballs?" We repeated it. She said "2 small spaghetti with meat sauce and how many breadsticks?" We repeated it again. She said "small or regular spaghetti?" We said "REGULAR" Got to the window, paid and looked at the receipt. 2 small spaghetti! Girl at the window handed us our food. We told her it was 2 regular spaghetti, not small. She said " I asked you if it was regular or small. You said small." We said "we told you regular 3 times." She slammed the window and the manager came to the window. She said so you want to change your order to 2 regular spaghettis?" We said "We want what we ordered. We're not changing anything" Manager said "you ordered 2 smalls" NO! We told her 3 times 2 regular. I am a guest service manager and one thing I cannot stand is rude, ignorant customer...

I have raved about Fazoli’s breadsticks my entire life. Going as far to tell people that they’re better than the world renowned Olive Garden breadsticks. But today changed that.

These were the most unflavored, non-buttery breadsticks I have ever gotten from Fazoli’s, and some of the worst I’ve ever had in general. They were not fresh, being slightly hotter than lukewarm when I ate one as soon as I left the drive thru window. I just expect better. I had to make my own garlic butter when I got home to salvage the disaster I was left with. Fazoli’s used to go above and beyond their cheap price tag, but today the $4 half a dozen breadsticks tasted a lot cheaper. Hopefully this was a fluke because I would love to go back and have the wonderfully garlic packed, salty, buttery taste of Fazoli’s breadsticks.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. I informed the young pleasant associate working that it has been several months that ive eaten at Fazzoli. And before that...it was several years that I've eaten here. My late-husband and i would always eat here for 20 years when we lived in kettering. My husband passed away a few years back... And this place here was ours..it has taken me a few years to finally make it to this here restaurant. I'm going to keep our tradition and continue eating here. Your place has always been ours... And I'm going to keep it that way. I just sorry it has taken me this long to eat here... The food is always hot..fresh...tasty...and good.. excellent food..there's a particularly certain way I like my Fazzoli and the guy in the back actually took the time to serve us the way I wanted.. Amazing...and please don't forget there famous bread stixx the unlimited bread...
