Wendy's — Restaurant in Moraine

Came here to get a Chickent BLT, cookie & Bacon & fries. They didn't have have cookies. Shipment hasn't arrived for this Wendy's to have.

Because there was no one in line, I did get served quickly, but it wasn't until after I ordered did I take a look at the reviews. I've noticed a few good people having issues with getting a good fries with bacon.

Mine had the cheddar cheese and sprinkled cheese with bacon on top. Problem was the fries didn't look done, but were ok and it tasted like they added way too much salt to the fries before dumping the cheese and bacon on top.

I don't know about the atmosphere inside. Went to go inside to throw my trash away and the door was locked. The cashier was courteous and handed me my receipt in the drive thru.

If I have to choose over, I'll go to the Carrollton Wendy's. If they're busy serving customers when you show up, that's a good thing. Food may be good, crispy and done than if you go to a Wendys and there's no customers in site.

That could mean the restaurant doesn't have anything ready to be served right away, and you may possibly get things not completely cooked just because the fryers and such are not heated up to...

March 3 , pulled up at 2:53 , was told they can't take orders for at least ten to fifteen minutes due to a shift change....

Uhmmmm WHAT ? Lmao ,since when do shift changes stop orders from going through?? This Wendy's has some dam problems, it should probably just shut down or get all new management... If you have to stop taking orders for a shift change you're not doing something right.....

Okay the last time I went to this Wendy's I didn't get tomatoes or lettuce on my junior bacons, this time I went to Wendy's today is December 12th, and it's literally like 6:38 so this is right when people start coming in for dinner... Somehow the registers are down I b* you not, so they're not taking any orders, this has to be one of the worst Wendy's around honestly cuz last time I came in it was a car line of like maybe 10 cars so not only can they not handle short rushes, but sometimes I feel like they stop serving purposely if that makes sense. Just so they don't have to work, one time I drove by and they were all sitting on the inside of the restaurant, but nobody answered...

I made a pickup order yesterday during breakfast and had a coworker go pick it up. It wasn't even ready when she got there and they had no customers. She had to tell two different people how the sandwiches was supposed to be made and that the two biscuits and gravy was to have extra gravy. After standing there for 15 minutes she finally got our food. When she got back to work the sandwiches was still wrong and there was barely any gravy on the biscuits so no extra gravy. I called and the manager gave me a choice of lunch or a full replacement of my breakfast this morning. I chose breakfast I got to work about 7am I've been calling Wendy's since 730am it is now noon and someone is yet to answer the phone and breakfast is now over. I'm not very happy about this.
