I had the best experience today and I hope that it was the same person who made my food. Dorothy is on my receipt #451 on 11/11. At this time of Corona most fastfood restaurants want to rush you thru as fast as they can without getting your order right. You are stuck in these drive-thrus forever anyway because you can't walk in due to restrictions. But this is the first time that I've had the service that deserves 5 stars and probably this young lady to get employee of the month. My experience:. I ordered at the drive thru speaker she tells me my order and cost and to pull forward. When I get up to the window before she takes my payment she's asks if she got my order correct and repeats is so she can make sure it's right. (Love) then to take another extra step that usually never happens I ordered 3 small fries and because the other employee didn't make enough to fill my order she drops fries so that all my fries were fresh. Girl you were raised the right way. Take an extra few minutes to make sure a customer is taken care of and make that food they way you would want your food made. Made my day. When talking about fast food chains, there's not much to say when it comes to personality and charm. Each place has been crafted to ensure that the customer, no matter what state they're in, will experience the same reassuring menu and quality of food. While I was waiting for 2 bake potatoes there were several vehicles that were behind me still received there order before me. The car behind me got his order which included several drinks plus 3 bags of food still before I received mine.
