Excellent beds. Nice folks. Very clean and this is by far the best beds and service. You go in, tan, dress and leave. No worries if beds are clean because staff does all that for you. However, you will pay the price. Price is very high. Actually the highest I’ve paid to tan. If you’re buying a 7 day tan, you have to use the 7 days, in 7 days. You cannot space them out which really sucks! The better the bed, the higher the price.

Service: 5 stars (friendly, and will give tour of each room and explain about each bed) Beds: 5 stars (excellent beds) Cleaniness: 5 stars (always clean) Price: 2 stars (very expensive and cannot space out package deals when you buy. You must use the days you bought consecutively!) Location: 3 stars (was hard to find, not much advertisement to show where tanning salon is located) Parking: 1 stars ( not much parking due to sharing building with another business) Lotions: 4 stars. (They always have samples which you pay for, and large bottles of the samples.) Waiting: 4 stars ( depending on which bed you choose, there’s not much waiting time due to have several beds. 15 minutes was as long as I have waited to lay) There’s no website for them. I have been a customer for several years. I purchased a package of 20 visits in September and was told there was no time limit to use them. I go in today to finish the approximately 15 sessions I had left. I was told by some girl who thought she was too good to discuss a resolution that the package expired after 6 months and that I was a liar for saying I was told differently in September when I purchased the package. This person said she was the owner and refused to resolve the issue. So it expires 6 months after purchase and she said I bought the plan in September. Well March is 6 months and today is only March 2. She would rather lose a customer than allow an additional 2 weeks if even that long to use my package. It may have been bought the middle of September but I dont remember. I feel as tho they stole over $100 from me due to their miscommunication and refusal to work with me. Talk about poor customer service! Most unprofessional person i have ever dealt with. I am now taking my business elsewhere as is my family. And the competition in town is actually cheaper. Unless you want money stolen from you by the owner please go...

Waste of money and time! Granted the services are good if you ever get to use them. Paid for a month showed up at 1215 to tan was told it would be 45 minutes. So I got put on the list and sat down and waited. Next thing I know two hours have passed and just random people walking in and going before me.
