Bagel Time — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

WARNING WEBSITE SCAM !!!! I have been to this business before and had great experiences. Today I was treated so poorly I will be doing everything I can to speak with the owner and landlord of this business. I made an order for pickup on their website that is ATTACHED TO THEIR BUSINESS ON GOOGLE. I got to the store to pick it up and they say they have to website where you can order very rudely and already combative. Which confused me. I showed them my order confirmation and they stare blankly at each other and say oh that’s not our site we only use Uber.???? Okay so this is a scam and it’s attached to your business on google, will you contact google to fix this because this can happen to someone else. They literally turned away and said sorry about that. They literally showed bit an ounce of care of compassion for the situation which tells me that they know about the issue and don’t know how to fix it. I have sent people to this business and spot of the kindness of staff but I promise you I will not make that mistake again. I walked into the restaurant for breakfast to go. When the short lady at the counter “no name tag” engaged me she already seemed irritated. I told her I wanted a plain bagel with egg/cheese and when I looked at my breakfast she had given me an everything bagel. If that’s what I wanted I would not have specifically stated “plain bagel”. While asking about buying a dozen bagels with cream cheese she made me feel like I was wasting her time and she had better things to do. Where is the customer service? I was charged almost 10 dollars for the wrong breakfast bagel with juice. This is the second time I tried to give my business to bagel time and was disappointed. I try to support the small businesses but you really need to work on your customer service skills and listen to your customers. Went in with our individuals from our day program. The lady at the front was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a coconut blended drink. On their picture, it shows it comes with whipped cream. I get my drink with no whipped cream, so I told her I want the whipped cream. She got all mad and said it doesn’t come with whipped cream. I said the picture shows it whipped cream. She said, Well, we don’t have any, and does it say it comes with whipped cream? I said your picture does.
