By far one of the laziest Starbucks Iâve ever been too, I was quickly reminded why I began making my coffee at home, unfortunately for me I was all out and was forced to stop by before my long commute. Iâm not one for writing reviews but this time I felt compelled seeing that it wasnât the first time itâs happened at this location. It was about 4:30am on 01/17/25, there wasnât a lot of customers pretty much none in fact so I went to the drive thru and ordered my usual a âGrande SHAKEN Espressoâ. When I arrive at the window I pay for my drink and I can see the person working the drink bar making my drink. As I am observing I could already tell that my drink wasnât made properly because I was about to be handed something that resembled more an Iced latte. Whatâs the difference? A significant amount of foam and several ounces of milk. When the barista attempted to hand me the drink I asked if I could have it properly shaken, to which she replied âit is shakenâ. Sorry but placing the shaker cup lid on top of the grande cup is not how itâs suppose to be shaken. Making it this way doesnât create the necessary foam and leaves plenty of room for it to be drowned in milk. I know this because I used to work at Starbucks for several years and I can tell you that this is a shortcut, one that I might be okay with if the line was out the door but seeing that I was the only guest I had no patience for that laziness. After I was assured by the barista that it was shaken I simply asked for a refund because I did not want to go through the hassle of having to explain how the coffee is correctly made. It was only till I asked for a refund that the barista at the window offered to remake it for me, to which I replied âno thank youâ. I saw no reason in having them remake my drink if our definitions of âshakenâ are different. Now given that itâs happened multiple times here by different baristas, tells me that itâs a store issue and not just a single employee taking shortcuts. Iâm sure the staff here will be happy to know that I wonât be returning. Call me petty or whatnot but as a former partner I can say that it doesnât cost a lot to have a bit of pride in the quality of your work and when youâre paying 6 dollars for a coffee you would at least hope that itâd be...
Read moreI knew that once I made my order through the drive through, it wasnât going to be correct. I couldnât even review it on the screen because it didnât reflect on there and she had me move forward. When I got to the window, they forgot half of my order and my coffee was incorrect. They add on what they forgot and remake my coffeeâŠin the wrong size. So I let her know itâs wrong and she says, âWhat was your order? I didnât take itâ. So then I repeat the order and I still received my coffee incorrectly made. Itâs frustrating when you pay so much for coffee and itâs not even correct. And I canât find how you can leave a review/complaint direct to the Starbucks through the app. Unless someone knows how I can, well...

Employees should understand the importance of keeping personal opinions and political views out of the workplace, especially when interacting with customers. Regardless of one's beliefs, all customers should be treated with respect and dignity.
I urge Starbucks management to address this issue promptly and ensure that all staff members receive proper training on appropriate conduct and customer service. Such behavior has no place in a reputable establishment...
