On Saturday January 8th, 2022 around 8 pm. My daughter and I entered into little caesar's wanting to place an order to go. Our first mistake was thinking after we stood in line for about 15 minutes that we would be able to place an order even for a later pick up. But little did we know we would be told we couldn't place an order because their online orders were so backed up they couldn't take any walk in orders. Mind you there were no notices on the door or registers. And only after being insulted by their employee named Ashley who made it very clear to an entire room full of customers that she was being extremely rude and disrespectful to...she made it very clear in telling me she was behind in 30 online orders and was very frustrated and under staffed and she had no time for walk ins and only after asking her where are the signs saying no walk- in orders did she walk behind the oven area come back and post a sign that said no walk ins and PROCEEDS to tell me the sign was for those that can read. By this time my daughter suggested she didn't have to take her frustrations out on her customers and that there was no need to be rude to customers at all just trying to place orders from this establishment. And we weren't the only ones that got treated poorly. One lady before was just trying to buy garlic butter for her aleady paid for pizza order and Ashley refused to sell her even something so small. Instead she argued with the customer disregarding her request and telling the lady her registers aren't even on or working right now, so I can't sell you anything anyways. The poor lady was forced to just leave without getting further service. Again no one cursed or was rude to this employee. But yet customer after customer we all experienced the wrath and frustration of your employee Ashley at the perris Blvd store in moreno valley, Ca location in the food for less plaza area. Sadly that employee should be fired for actions against paying customers and furthermore against her fellow employees being cursed at and talked to extremely rude by this Ashley employee. I just pray something is done because this location used to be alright but as of that day my family and I and everyone I know won't patronize that little caesar's ever again. This place is just sad and a huge disappointment to the little ceasar franchise. No hot n ready in there and no walk in orders allowed.smh. Read moreOn 3/20/24 is last badly cook order from a chubby short white woman with glasses. Every time I order through the app. and she working, my order came out badly and she always hand me the order an attitude. When she not working, my order come out fine. I don't know this woman and I don't know what problem she have with me. The only reason that I can think of is that I'm Asian. I called there customer number twice, but couldn't get hold of anyone. I then went to their website and file a complaint, but got no response. I then went to bbb website and file a complaint. I then got a phone call, but it show a spam number. Most people wouldn't answer it, but I like to mess around with spam caller. To my surprise, it was the owner of this location. She make all kinds of excuses why this can't happen. She told me to give her a call if I got another question. I call back and the number doesn't exist. This is how they treat their customers. Read moreHonestly, in the last 8 years, it's never been as bad as it is now. What's supposed to be used for convenience doesn't even operate (portal). No one cares. There's really no sense of urgency to help each other, much less the customers. I don't normally care about this stuff and would just not go back, but by the other reviews, I'm not the only one who's dealt with it. I was there for 30 mins after my order was supposed to be done, and the phone was ringing the whole time, not once did it get answered. Idk if they are short staffed, or they don't care because there's always customers, or if there's no standard set. Can honestly say that's the last time. We can be upset with the employees, but it starts from the top. It'd be nice for them to take care of business and be more prompt with the timing of their orders.
