Ordered through UberEats. Got a messaged from this new delivery driver that was assigned to my order that it was taken. I called and asked what was going on. Girl on the phone was explaining how a previous guy was assigned to my order and had taken it. I asked her if she saw him confirm the order and she paused for a second and proceeded to explain that yes that they “always” make sure they confirm. They for sure did NOT take the time to make sure that it was indeed confirmed. I myself work in the fast food industry and this has NEVER happened at my restaurant we always make sure that doordashers ALWAYS actually confirm so things like this don’t happen. I love coming in because the atmosphere is not only top notch, but the food is amazing as well. And I even have over heard the shift lead/managers talk on the phone with people who have problems, they always offer to remake the food upon request.
