Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

If there was any possibility to give a negative amount of stars... it would definitely be beyond justified at this point. I have been ordering from this Papa John's for years with sometimes not so great service. I know every occasion ordering will not be beyond awesome...but some things are beyond unacceptable. I stopped ordering from this Papa John's when I ordered almost $70 worth of pizza...for a pizza party...and everyone including myself said that the pizza tasted dry and old. So I called to speak with the manager BIANCA and she gave me such a bad attitude that I came to the conclusion that it was time to stop ordering from here. So fast forward several weeks later...I decided to give them another chance with their pizza and include some wings as well... So the pizza was great...FRESH even...and the delivery driver had an amazing attitude...but...believe it or not there was an ATE WING inside my hot wing box. I took pictures of it and recounted it several times...and called the store... and they explained to me that sometimes "this happens" among other things... They stated (according to manager Johnny and Bianca) that they "just throw the wings into the oven from a bag" so they are unsure who did that or how it happened.

They offered to replace my wings but I declined. After having partially consumed food and bones inside my box... I'm more than disgusted to ever eat from this place again!

I should have stopped eating here after all the political drama anyway. Who does things like this? Not only is this completely unsanitary and gross...this was a waste of money. Do better Papa John's and hold your employees accountable for frivolous behavior. I'm saying in good faith to anyone reading this to please dine elsewhere. It should also be noted that nobody...including both managers never even apologized. This is traumatizing to say the least...that people could do something so nasty and be able to get...

Went today for a quick pepperoni pizza and wings for lunch for my family. Ordered for take-out online, one extra large pepperoni pizza new york style and a side of 10 piece wings. The pizza itself was just OKAY. Not very pleasing. Not much going on there. Sauce is sweet which I personally didn’t like (never been to Papa John’s before so thought i’d give it a try) and I am very disappointed. Maybe some people out there like a sweet pizza; but I personally don’t. However for the wings; they gave me the smallest pieces possible for the wings, and at a price of 12.99 on the 10 piece wings, it is unacceptable. I told the front cashier lady about the wings, and all she said was, “I put an extra one in there for you.” However the “extra one” was just two of the smallest ones they had, that she counted as ONE. Two little bite-sized miniature pieces of wings was what she counted as “extra one”. Completely unacceptable. I asked her if I can get a 10% off my order. I honestly will not be redeeming this as this is my last and only time at Papa John’s....

After reading all the reviews, I had to put my experience in as well. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing from this store. Now, Papa John's is a pretty delicious place to eat. This specific location however, sucks! There staff sucks, and from the reviews so far, their management does to! I went into the store and ordered a pizza. I paid for it, picked it up when it was ready, and left. When I was half way home(and I don't live nearby), the pizza didn't smell like what I ordered, so I opened it and what do you know... the wrong freaking pizza. I went all the way back, they scoffed, took the wrong pizza back and made me the original pizza I ordered! I had to wait because they didn't even make the correct pizza! I was furious! They gave me the correct pizza (which was not upto Papa John standard) and turned around to continue chatting with eachother. Are you serious? Straight up horrible...
