La Michoacana ice cream — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I was so excited to go get some ice cream with my kids. Theyre was only one girl i dont remember her maria or esther. In the alessandro michoacana doing it all while the line was all the way outside she was helping 5 ppl on her own no help shes a hard worker great girl now i. Think its unfair i ask to speak with the manager in which she is very unprofessional very rude does not have communication skills. I asked her for her name and refused as a manager it should be customers service first to make sure customer's are happy and satisfied with theyre experience and service. The line was ridiculously long for that poor girl to do it all there were 3. N only one doing it i asked to speak or get in contact with someone and she refused you need to get a leader who will do the best for a great service. I normally don’t write reviews but I just had too!! I ordered 1 large and 1 medium mangoneada and one tostiloco to start off the the place was so hot the ice cream was melting when we got to the car. the cueritos on the tostilocos were very watery not fresh or at least consumable had that sitting for days taste. the chips were all crushed and the cucumber looked like they chopped and dumped it to serve. it got my wife sick because of the cueritos I had to throw away! Im the type of person that likes to pay for quality i was disappointed because me and my wife been craving tostilocos for a while I been to other Michoacánas nothing compared...

I've been to this establishment a few times and generally have an ok experience. Yes, it's in a ghetto area and the place looks a little organized, but never anything alarming and the girls are usually really nice. Today I came here to get my sugar fix and some tostilocos for my daughter. While the girl was preparing the tostilocos I noticed there were a bunch of flies on the cutting board that was sitting by the cut apples, which were not covered.
