Mariscos El Karman — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

It was terrible first of all I ordered something and it came with sour cream on it. Second of all I ordered three tacos then I ordered four the meat was hard and it was like 1/4 cup of meat or 1/3 cup of scoop of meat, I went back and asked for extra the extra they gave me was issued out on four tacos, but they were hard and burnt. My taco shells were hard and burnt. It was the hardest thing that I ever had to chew through when I asked for Xtra, they act like they didn’t know what I was talking about. If you’re gonna have a restaurant you should be able to speak English in Spanish because not all Spanish people speak English I mean, speak Spanish. I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews but they really messed up my order. I was in communication with them to place a catering order for 20-25 people . I even call a day prior to confirm the order . When the day came to pick up my order #1 it wasn’t ready #2 they were not aware of the price they quoted me . I was in communication with 2 ladies one from the restaurant which also gave me a cell phone number to text (believe the manager/owner). Well the manager texted me my order was ready . When my manger got there to pick up she told me the order was not ready & that they weren’t aware the quote . Keep in mind we had our staff waiting this whole time for the food . That’s why we had scheduled pick up time at 11am we didn’t get our food till 11:25 . And to top it the food was not enough for 20-25 people !!!!
