Moreno Family Donuts — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I first visited this place for the first time on December 9, 2018 and purchased a couple donuts with family and they purchased a deli style croissant turkey sandwich. We were pleased with the service provided by the lady, sandwich and donuts. We decided to return the following day because the sandwich was so well-made by the lady that we were going to try the bacon, egg, and cheese (BEC) croissant sandwiches. This time there was a guy working instead of the older lady. He was very friendly, however his ability to make a proper sandwich is severely lacking! We got home and opened the sandwiches, and they were pathetic! The turkey croissant had no where near the amount of meat the lady used the day prior. There was literally 2 thin slices of turkey on this very large croissant which was lost between the bread. The BEC croissants had a very small round style egg planted in the center and the thinnest most transparent ONE slice of bacon I've ever seen in my life on this large croissant (see pictures). You could literally see right through the bacon. I called the guy and asked was this a mistake and is it normal for them to use ONE slice of bacon on such a hearty croissant because I've NEVER eaten at a restaurant where they give ONE slice of bacon and he said, yes they only give ONE slice. I told him the standard is at least TWO slices of bacon at most restaurants! I had to peel the little circle egg off and eat the ONE slice if bacon and threw away the croissant....

I have been going to this donut shop for many years. It has always been for me the BEST donut shop in Moreno Valley, because of the wide variety of Donuts Plus the selection of item on the menu. The type of dough they use to make their donuts light and fluffy is what keeps me coming back to this donut shop year after year and not only that but they are generous with the icing on their donuts. Her Donuts are always fresh and very tasty. Not once have l purchase a stale or bad tasting donut. Her place has always been immaculate, and her display of goods always neat. It is a very pleasant place to sit and eat and enjoy the view out the big windows. The owner of the donut shop is a wonderful friendly person. This place not only sells donuts but you can purchase sandwiches drinks candy ice cream and much much more. I would highly suggest this place too anyone who loves a fresh cup of coffee and a delicious donut or sandwich among other items. You will not be disappointed. The atmosphere at her shop is calm and pleasant, the patrons there are friendly. So if you'd like to go somewhere that's not over crowded and get a good cup of coffee and pastry, then this is the place to go. There is plenty of parking. This donut shop is located in Moreno Valley on the corner of Indian and Alessandro Boulevard. It is across the street from Food 4 Less fuel station.

Great place. Donuts are awesome. My wife had a tuna sandwich from here when we went. I have to say, I was impressed with the sandwich. I wasn't expecting myself (and especially my wife) to like it, but it was pretty good. The bread (we got the sub version. You can get croissant and toasted white bread) was really good and the tuna wasn't sweet (don't like sweet tuna) and had great flavor. Now I want to go back for a sandwich!

One thing of note, no matter who helps me at this place, they are always very nice. They also always hook me up with extra donuts.
