La Michoacana Moreno Valley — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I went yesterday and they have the WORST customer service ever. Their was 3 girls "working" 2 of them where decorating the Christmas tree and the other girl was just their standing and no one said anything until I said if anyone can help the girls by the tree said they couldn't because they where on the other side... Bottom line none of them where able to help me all I wanted was 2 raspados they said their machine was broken, and the esquites where not ready and when I ask for agua de fresa they ran out. I'm walked out, and never never going back and I'll make sure my relatives and friends...

Delicious aguas frescas. My go to is cucumber and chia with some of the lime. Corn cups with hot Cheetos are good. Had to come back and change my review because the last few visits have no been breat. Ordered Tostitos with esquite in them and wasn't even given the entire bag of Tostitos I paid for. Toppings were minimal and it was super dry for almost 7bucks. Got the exact same thing from a street vendor and he have me the bag directly, stacked with all the goods and even put extra for me and he only charged me 5 bucks. Won't be ordering that...

I have been to a couple of Michoacánas before and usually it’s very good! This one for some reason the stuff doesn’t taste the same as everywhere else. My favorite cheese ice cream doesn’t have the chunks it usually has or the same taste. The Cheetos esquite doesn’t taste anything the same. The mayonnaise taste weird (sour) and the cheese is bland has no flavor at all. I had to get a refund which I have never done before. The girl was super nice tho so I gave it two stars. I won’t be coming back to this location tho....
