Go to the Sunnymead Blvd. Taco Bell 032499 instead! I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location (Elder Ave.) but none bad enough that made me want to post a negative review until now. Stopped by this location to get a quick bite and ordered three Spicy Tostadas. They were given to me in poor quality; NO tomatoes, hardly any lettuce, and with a tiny portion of beans on them. I drove back through the Drive Through and showed Ernesto Z., the cashier, he said that they were made acceptably and after disagreeing he called the manager. Jasmine, the manager, looked at a tostada that had hardly any visible lettuce, no tomatoes and a cracked tostada and told me that this was made as intended and that there was nothing she could do. I mentioned that I order this regularly from other franchise locations and that this was NOT what they are supposed to be prepared. She condescendingly said that it’s not like I ordered a “stacked” tostada and that I only paid for a dollar menu item. She offered to remake them but told me that they would be the same. I decided to leave and called the location to verify the manager’s name. I spoke with Ernesto Z. (the cashier) let him know I was the customer that came back regarding the tostadas and I asked him for the manager’s name (which he confirmed as Jasmine). I thanked him and mentioned I was planning on making a review and posting a complaint/video about it he sarcastically said “I hope it goes viral” and abruptly hung up on me. Immediately after I went to the Sunnymead Blvd. location and ordered the same thing and the quality was a night and day difference. I showed the manager, Tonya, the Spicy Tostadas I was given at the Elder Ave. location and she was also surprised at the complete lack of quality of the Elder Ave. order and agreed that it was unacceptable. I have both experiences on video so there’s nothing subjective about my review. I will never return to the Elder Ave. Taco...
Read moreRecently had an issue with my drive through order. All 4 items of the order were either wrong or poorly made (for example, my taco was dumped upside down in the bag and the drink was wrong). When I called they apologized and told me to come back for a replacement. I asked if I could come back in a day or two because I had already driven home and didn't want to back out for a small order. The individual I spoke to, who identified herself as the manager "Jazmine" said that was fine. Well 2 days later I brought my receipt, ordered the same order and told the employee what had happened. He got his manager to approve it, who claimed "you couldn't have talked to me because I don't work Sundays"(implying she was Jazmine, but she did had removed her name badge) and basically called me a liar to my face and told me to screw off. I will never eat at this store again, and a complaint is being lodged with corporate. Screw up my order and then tell me I lied about it? Yeah. No. I don't go to taco bell to be treated...
Read moreDrive thru. No cars behinde or ahead of me. Give my order. Pull forward. They take my payment and ask about sauces. Tell me to pull forward and they'd bring it to me.
Wrong size meal Curly fries are barely warm The chicken for the sandwich is chewy And I get a handful of sauces that I didn't ask for and none of the two I did.
To be on a short lunch have to chew on that sandwich and fries with no sauce and a small drink mostly full of ice ON A 100° Day.
Not thrilled. The last time my order was wrong the lady got so defensive and wouldn't even replace my food. I had receipt and even called in asap but no one answered. Till the next shift where she, janeth, only replaced one thing of the Breakfast combo meal and 4 other items I got. HAHA then the burrito she replaced wasn't even made right. Missing the hash brown that goes inside and had some terrible spicy sauce on it.
Even with the receipt, a phone call and trying to avoid a bad survey they want you to bring in the mistake...
