The first time I went to crumbl I was met with some rude unwilling to work girls who mocked and laughed at me for having a british accent as they gave me the cookies I ordered. You could tell from the looks that their coworkers gave that they were equally as fed up with these girls’ behavior as I was. As I turned to leave, I could still hear the girls mocking my accent as well as some other customer’s names, pronouncing them wrong on purpose. After I walked out the door with humiliation, I could still hear their voices yelling obnoxiously loud even as the doors were closed. While I hoped this behavior was a one time occurrence, I went back today for the pumpkin flavor as I am ecstatic for the fall flavors to come back including the pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks. This time the girls I were greeted with and gave me cookies were much nicer, more efficient, and more professional in getting them out and willing to answer questions compared to the girls who gave me the cookies prior to today. However I couldn’t help but see that the girl that helped me the first time was laughing in the corner, yelling, and clearly not doing her job like the rest of the other hardworking employees! While I understand that this is majority teens who work here it is still an establishment and it honestly puts shame to the crumbl name. If you are willing to subject yourself to high school bullying this is the place to go but me on the other hand will not be returning as long as she’s there. This is a workplace not a playground. Workers should know how to do their job in a professional and timely manner with good quality work ethic. Standing in a corner joking around is not only disrespectful to the customers coming into the store, but also to the coworkers who are working their hardest to earn their paycheck. Working in the customer service industry myself, I know how people are supposed to be cared and handled for. I can’t remember the names exactly as they now have name tags but I remember the girls who didn’t help which were Angelina and a tall asian girl with braids who surprisingly was doing her job today. The girls who really helped and welcomed me today were a short black girl who’s name can either be alysha or aaliyah and a tall white girl who’s name I believe is Isabel. I hope the owners of this store can see this and address the problem not only to me, but to those workers as well. The poor workers have to deal with this behavior on a day to day basis. Lord knows they need the apology more than me. For the people reading this, don’t subject yourself to the same hatred and listen to my words of advice! I was wondering if I should say something if anything at all to inform their managers but I came to a conclusion that this is the best way to not only inform them but to inform other customers as well. Please crumbl of Morgan Hill talk to your staff not only the ones causing the problem, but the other employees as well to enlighten them that this is not something that should be tolerated or that they should do!! I hope this gets as far as I intend it to and the next time I go to crumbl, I don’t...
Read moreI stopped by Crumbl Cookies on the Fourth of July, and wow — I’m so glad I did! The store was spotless, the cookies (as always) were insanely delicious, and the customer service was above and beyond.
Angelina was working and made the experience extra special. Even on a busy holiday, she greeted everyone with a big smile, was super helpful with recommendations, and had the kindest energy. You could tell she genuinely cared about creating a great experience for each customer.
I walked out with a box of cookies and a big smile. Crumbl never disappoints, but this visit was especially memorable thanks to Angelina. Highly recommend stopping in — the cookies are amazing, and the team is...
Read moreGiant, yummy and unique cookies with different menu every week! I love the French silk pie and anything lemon! Service is lacking though. I have gifted these cookies a handful of times and each time, the box was dingy, stained with cookie dough on the outside and ripped, sometimes the cookies themselves are actually cut by the box flap that comes down. With all the love and effort put into making these cookies, I would expect the same in packaging. Also, I wish they had a bigger sticker option for the...
