Came to this location as it stated it's open till 10:30pm meaning lobby and drive thru, right? Now, why would you put a post-it note on the door saying Lobby closed at 9pm please use drive thru? Makes no sense. Your customers expect to come inside as that's what's started on the door regarding business hours they enjoy using the sitting area to converse with friends or family or just come in and relax for a bit. I was expecting to come inside where it was warm, enjoy a nice late and relax after a long day before heading home. Im only stating this as its obvious you'd rather close down shop inside so you can all leave on time, believe me I know how that is I used to work in the food industry for a long time.... but costumers come first...so if someone walks in last minute you still serve them and thank them for there service as that's money towards your paycheck. That's an hour and a half of lost service from the lobby you've lost as your only serving customers through the drive thru when you could have easily doubled that as customers walk in. Read moreI'm really getting frustrated that I order how I would like my drink, say, paying extra, 60 cents for a measly drizzle of carmel and then I get my drink and its not on there! A couple weeks back I opened it saw there was none, right in front of the person, she said they had to make a new one because I touched it, and then made me wait 20 minutes! I am aware they are busy and understaffed but this really is poor customer service! If it happened once I could understand but it is ALL THE time I am having to ask for my drink to be made correctly! I've worked for Starbucks I know how it should be done! And besides that it isn't cheap! It really should be more of a priority to get it right the first time!
