Nick the Greek — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

I love Nick The Greek, even this location has been awesome the 2-3 times I’ve been… yesterday was absolutely horrible though. People were waiting, getting refunds, leaving, bringing orders back in, etc…. My lady and I ordered, the guy brought my salad with no dressing on it and told us the rice was still cooking and we’d have to wait about 20 minutes… said he would refund for the wait.

I go get dressing and refunded…. I’m about to walk back when I just wanted to verify the bowl was being made and how long, he then said “oh if you want the bowl I have to recharge”….. I’m not going to not have my lady eat, so whatever I repaid even though he said he’d refund for the wait….. 3 toppings were missing when he brought her chicken bowl out and the chicken wasn’t shaved like normal at all, it was clumps and had grizzle on it badly.

I emailed the store to try and make this right, but they ignored me today, so I’m letting it be known that the experience was horrible, the customer service, and the manager not responding to my email is the cherry on...

Man idk what happened.....I go to Nick the Greek at a few other locations and this one as well. Maybe because I ordered online and picked up this time. A) they forgot to make my order. People were going in ordering and then out with their food and I was still sitting waiting for my order. I could hear the guy in the front asking about my order to the guys in the back and they kept ignoring him.

The food finally came out after waiting 20mins. I was hungry and needed fo get back to work. So I rushed out. I should have checked. What I ordered was a bowl. With no rice, sub for lettuce. I got in my bowl just meat and lettuce with vinaigrette mixed in it (not what i wanted) Idk what happened to the rest of the ingredients that comes in the bowl but it wasn't there. I purposely did the bowl for all the other things otherwise I would have gotten a Salad with meat.

I love nick the Greek and have been a few times but maybe I need to drive up to the Santa Teresa location...

Would leave 0 stars for service if I could. I have had multiple poor experiences here, especially with takeout, messed up orders and missing items. Tonight was the last straw, we won't be coming back. Placed an online order. It said pickup ready at a certain time. We get there and they haven't even started our order yet. The employee at the cash register also lied saying our order was almost done and would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later our pickup is ready. We're the only people there. Employees clowining around the whole time. No sense of urgency.

Additionally the food is expensive and for what? Greasy fast food that leaves you sick and bloated. Messed up orders. Bland Pita bread and store bought humus.

If you're already going to be spending $16-$18 per person just go to Opa! in downtown MH and get your money's worth. Much better tasting food, it's fresh, and they actually get your...
