Subway — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

This subway closes (8:00 pm)earlier than the closing time stated on the website (9:00 pm) They also don’t take the coupons that you receive in the mail . The employee told us that the manager stated it’s just not in the system we don’t have it available!! We got there at 7:30 and order 3 sandwiches and were going to sit down to eat and we were told we couldn’t because they were closing! These youngsters running the place just want to go home!! Subway is a franchise and is suppose to all be consistent so where do they have the right to close early and tell the customers they can’t dine in and it’s still early!! This happens all the time.. We will not be going back here!! These girls are rude to top it off!! I’m calling...

Usually all the Subway franchises are pretty consistent. At this location I felt like it wasn’t as clean and sanitary as many of the other locations I have been to. Service was good but definitely not great. Perhaps closer to mediocre or less than expected or perhaps poor. Could have been more engaging and put on a smile when making a sandwich right in front of me. Probably will not be back at this location as there are many other Subways that seem cleaner and the ingredient tubs are better visually more appealing...
