TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

Don’t come to this togos, my experience was so bad coming to this establishment. The customer service here is terrible. I ordered an Italian 6 inch and asked for a water cup and filled it with carbonated water mind you it’s still water. Only for me to have three employees ask if I had filled my small cup with soda in front of other customers watching. When I insisted i only got carbonated water in which they replied saying the boss of the store does not allow that and that she is upset about it and to that I say I’m the paying customer so I’m her boss. And the worst part about it is, when I finally received the sandwich, out of the three employees accusing me of being a thief the 50 yr old male employee had his belt unbuckled and his zipper down when he finally handed me my sandwich. Maybe they should focus more on themselves than rather ruining...

We just spent $60 on two sandwiches and a salad and 1 drink. The #9 looked like a hotdog it was so thin. My large triple dip which I will include pic, had no cheese on it, and very little meat. It was so thin that the bread top and bottom touched. I’m so disgusted with this. It’s false advertising showing pics of sandwiches with actual meat in them. Then bait and switch and for $19.00 you now get a sandwich basically bread. This is the second time this has happened, First time I thought it was just the employee. This time the manager made them. I didn’t see them until I got home otherwise I would have said something. I was over buying ice cream which you have to be rung up on separate cashier. This site does not allow me to attach pics. Gee I wonder why! I want my money back. I will never eat...

It has been a while since I lived near Togos so I was happy to find one in Morgan Hill. This location has a nice environment. From the inside the Togos area is to the right and they share space with baskin robbins. For me I find it convenient but maybe some people will have different thoughts. There are seating areas and I like that their ingredients feel fresh. My one recommendation (which may seem obvious) is to have your order ready when getting close to the staff. Even though this is not a super busy location, the staff may be limited so it is better to have your order ready.
