Typical Arby's. I haven't been inside in years. Drive through is quick with the occasional mistake.
Edit: 12/02/2022 @ 6:04pm. Once again Arby's has let us down. We tried the Wagyu burger. This sandwich is most likely the only way I'll ever get to have the Wagyu experience. They were overcooked, dry, and slightly burnt tasing. The pickle was just terrible bad tasting and didn't belong on that sandwich. The lettuce was brown and there were only 2 little slivers of onion that were in the process of turning brown also. Honestly, the bun was the only thing that was good about the sandwich. As I said in a previous post it's a fixed income and this is supposed to be a special rare treat not a bag of disapointment and regret.
Edit: I usually enjoy trying some of the new items. I was excited to hear about the sweet potato waffle fries. Reality is they were too hard to eat.
Edit: 2/24/2022 @ 4:55pm check #342. We ordered 2 Crispy Fish no lettuce and 2 Classic Chicken no lettuce. These sandwiches are supposed to be on the 2 for $6 everyday deal. We got the fish sandwiches on the deal but not the chicken sandwiches and they had lettuce and tomato on them. The fish only had a small dollop of tartar sauce on them that covered maybe 2 bites worth of the sandwich. They were also out of Horsey sauce. I know with the staffing and supply issues we're having it is tough on everyone. I'm on a fixed income now so Arby's is a bit of an occasional treat. For the price I just expect to get my food the way it...
Read moreI was really hungry one day last week and was in a hurry so I decided to stop by this Arby's to grab a Roast beef sandwich combo. It was a rainy day and I was feeling a bit guilty that I was going to eat fast food which I only do a few times a week. The restaurant staff was really nice and I felt happy that I decided to stop at this particular Arby's...that was until I opened my sandwich and took a bite. What I didn't realize as the staff was smiling at me was that they had inadvertently woven several long black hairs into my roast beef sandwich. I didn't notice the first hair until I had taken a bite and as I was swallowing the juicy roast beef I felt the hair run along the back of my throat and tongue. I quickly spit out what I hadn't already swallowed and had to pull the hair out of my mouth. The hair was about 8 inches long and although I had trouble initially getting it out of my mouth I finally succeeded as I was driving down the road. When I looked down at my sandwich I noticed two other hairs between the roast beef. I was extremely disappointed and still very hungry. I considered turning around to complain but I would have been late for my meeting. I also considered removing the hair from the sandwich and eating the rest but ultimately I just threw it away and was left starving for the rest of the day. I'm still craving a roast beef sandwich but won't be returning to this Arby's until they make some sanitary...
Read moreThis Arby's is awesome, always on top of their game, food is fresh and hot. Thanks u guys!!
3 yrs ago, I thought this was the best Arby's, however the last few visits were awful. I kinda wonder if it was because we ate inside. 1 person in lobby and 1 car in drive thru, (waiting in front of drive thru away from window so their timer didnt run for the drive thru time) my husband I walk in, and the place where they keep the made sandwiches, Every slot was completely full of pre-made sandwiches. I asked if they had a bus coming, the guy in charge says no, that's for the dinner rush. We received our food, Luke warm at best, especially the crinkle cut fries. We were there from 6 pm to 625. Most of those sandwiches were still there and they had 3 people in line and 3 cars. I worked fast food for 9 years. This was so distasteful, we won't be back to this location for a while. Good luck with that crew, try teaching them it is about the food we pay for, money is really tight and why would I spend it here with this kind...
