I'd like to start off by saying Jeff is the perfect example of great customer service!!! He went beyond what was necessary to make me happy, and the issue had NOTHING to do with Vapor King..VK's job is to sell the product and make sure it gets to me, which they did. I got better customer service from Jeff than I did with the actual ejuice company (Cold Fusion) ... I've bought from these guys a few times and have always been happy with my purchase and even now I'm still happy spending my money with VK, because Jeff went above and beyond to correct the issue and make me happy.....
