My fiancé and I placed a mobile order this morning. We ordered to breakfast sandwich’s and 2 coffee's. A sausage EGG, and cheese croissant, and a sausages, EGG, and cheese English muffin. We get home to enjoy our breakfast take the first bites and get mouth full of bread both took the tops off the sandwich to find neither had egg on them. We quickly called the store to inform them that we were missing an egg on our sausage, egg and cheese. The response we were met with was oh yeah, we’ve been out of eggs. Is disheartening to know that they knew that and proceeded to not even inform us when paying and picking up our food. Is disheartening to actively know you paid full price or something and the workers are OK with giving you half of what you paid for hoping you don’t notice. We were met with a scoffed and an attitude and told the best you can do is try to get a refund on the app. As a consumer if it was the other way around, we’d be in jail for somebody to pay full price for something and not receive all of the things they paid for, and if not that it taken off is stealing. Read moreI am really trying to not sound like a Karen, but I feel I have to share. I have been to this Dunkin twice. Both times my order has been royally messed up. Today I went with three other people and out of all four of our orders, every single one was messed up. My friend ordered an iced chai and was given a hot chai. Asked for an iced one again and was then given an iced coffee. He also asked for a donut and then had to ask again after waiting for a while because they had forgotten to give him the donut. I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese (and paid for the extra cream cheese) and got the thinnest layer of cream cheese ever seen. My other friend ordered two chocolate glazed donuts and was given chocolate covered. The last friend asked for bacon on her sandwich and got sausage instead. Read moreIf you order online you will arrive to learn they no longer offer flavors they advertise and cant make your full order, 2 of 3 coffee flavors ordered can not be fulfilled. If you order online they also won't give you your money back when they can't fulfill your order, they tell you to go online and request your refund. When you go online to report your items couldn't be made they tell you they'll contact back in 2business days and try to give you points on the app instead. I don't want points, I want my money. This is poor business practice. It's all under dunkin and no one can issue back my little $8 coffee? Lol that's embarrassing, dunkin. Staff is great, the business itself could use some major improvements if this is the way they handle mobile orders...
