Normally this place is good and customer service is alright, however tonight and a few nights ago was the worst customer service we’ve experienced there. The manager (an African American male) was super rude and had an awful attitude. The second he answered the speaker he had an attitude. He yelled at us to pull up after we had already done so. There was plenty of room for the cars to pass. We pulled where we normally do if asked to wait and he stuck his head out of the drive thru window and had an attitude telling us to “move out of the way” (his exact words). Very rude and unprofessional…just uncalled for. A few nights before it was the same manager with the same nasty attitude. My boyfriend had ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget and a small drink. When the order was given to us it was a few spicy nuggets and the rest were regular. His excuse was that they “ran out of nuggets”..so you just throw in random stuff without letting the customer know or asking them!? I know it’s just nuggets but it’s still rude not to even think to let the customer know. Not to mention 1 small ranch cup for 10 nuggets and fries!? And then if asked for extra they just give 1 more and have an attitude about it when it was clearly asked for at the speaker. One other time we ordered a two 10 piece nuggets (making it 20) and some fries. They completely left out one of the 10 pieces and we had to go back around and wait in the long line for our nuggets which they made us pull up and wait for after we had done waited the first time around. Read moreAlways have had issues with this wendys but now I'm fed up. Went there the other day to get a breakfast baconator and 2 breakfast burritos. The baconator had no bacon or cheese on it. I called and asked for a refund which they told me they would but never did. So I nipped it in the bud because its $5, whatever. Went there today and pulled up to the drive thru. They said it was down but I could come inside. I asked if they were still serving breakfast because it was about 10:20. They said yes. I get inside and they literally have next to nothing. I asked I f they had lunch items available and they said not for another 10 minutes. Then why waste my time having me come up just to pay for the leftovers they're gonna throw out anyway. Done with this wendys.
Continued. Decided to give them another shot tonight because my gf wanted to go. Did an online order because I figured they couldn't mess up the order if it was wrote out for them. But no they messed the whole order up. My gf got a Asiago chicken sandwich and I got a chili cheese fry with extra cheese and bacon and a frosty. When I got to the windows the guy informed me they where out of frosty mix. They switched it for a drink which was fine. I get home and my gfs sandwich had no cheese and my chili cheese fry was just frys, cheese and 2 strips of bacon. I paid over $6 for frys, cheese and 2 little strips of bacon. Went to try to resolve it and they said they told me they where out of cheese sauce and chili which no they did not. They told me the best they could do to resolve it was a 6 piece nugget. Read moreWhere do I begin? The drive through line was very long so we decided to go inside to order. The new layout is TERRIBLE! The line to order was blocking others from getting to the tables. The line waiting to get their food was blocking the trash cans, drink machines, and condiment counter. I don't understand Wendy's thought process in the design of this new building. The lady taking the order was having a hard time using the computer. She was new and wasn't getting any help from her coworkers. The manager was doing paperwork instead of jumping in to organize his staff. I counted 12 employees and only 7 were making a good effort to get orders out. (12 is way too many for that tiny kitchen anyways) One lady was feeding buns into the warmer/toaster without gloves which normally wouldn't bother me but watching her wipe sweat off her forehead with that same hand just grossed me out. We eventually got our food and was out the door but it took over 45 minutes. I'm hoping the staff is able to adjust to this new layout and gets a smoother routine down soon. We love Wendy's food but it will be a little while...
