Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Morgantown

Absolutely disgusted with this place. Will never return here ever again. I came here with my boss because he had been talking the place up. So We got here at 8:55PM on 8-14-17. We walked in right behind another couple who walked in ahead of us. They were waited on and began placing their order. As soon as it came time for us to order, a dark skin worked came up and told us and and I quote, "Ya'll need to leave, We's closed at 9." mind you we looked to our phone's and the time said 8:59PM and I said to quote, "Oh but we were waiting" to which he replied, "Yea, but we closed at 9" To which point me and my boss simply walked out. Needless to say I will be filing a complaint with the HR department of the company who own's this business. Never in my life have I ever been treated in such a manner of disrespect. I will be sure to never return nor allow any of my friends/family to ever eat at this...

First time visiting. Facility was neat, employees were polite. I got a grilled cheese steak sub. I guess with any sandwich, you have the option of adding toppings like onions, mushrooms, and banana peppers. I was bummed and surprised that green peppers weren't an option, especially since the advertised pictures showed green peppers on the menu. I guess you also have the option of adding pizza sauce to any sub? I was very confused, and in my confusion, I ordered pizza sauce on my sub. It was on my ticket, but it was not on the sandwich. I hope I didn't have to pay extra for it, but at that point, I felt too silly to ask. Not super busy on a Saturday around lunchtime. Nice location. Would maybe go back for an Italian sub. Great Penn Station location! Nice size with plenty of seating. Very clean! There was one employee working who I believe was the manager. He was excellent and you could tell he took pride in his establishment. We both ordered the Teriyaki Chicken sub and it was made fresh with quality ingredients. He told us the bread is made fresh and it definitely tasted like it. We also got fresh cut fries also delicious. The manager also gave us a chocolate chip cookie to try which he also said was baked fresh daily. I was very impress with this location. I have been to other Penn Station locations in PA and Southern WV and I got to say this is the best Penn Station I have experienced. Highly l recommend giving this location a try- you...
