I ordered an iced green tea with two honeys in the drive thru. I waited 20 minutes after ordering for my drink. I get to the window and I am handed a hot tea which I tell them is not correct. After waiting another 5 minutes I get an ice matcha green tea.... this is not the first time I have waited a long time at this drive thru (a previous wait time was 30 minutes). As a result I will not be going back to this Starbucks. Absolutely ridiculous.
Update: I have gone back to this location because it’s not only convenient when driving out of Morgantown but I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt. Mistake on my part. I have ordered caramel macchiatos here, hot and iced and I swear it’s just the milk and no espresso. Right before Christmas I went in to buy gift cards and there were 5 people behind the register. One at the window, one making drinks, and three talking very loudly about their personal lives. I waited 15 minutes before the man at the drive thru window came over to assist me.

I have the most basic order venti ice coffee Carmel extra cream and classic syrup (every time I say I want classic syrup I basically get screamed at by the barista who says “it already comes with classic syrup you don’t have to ask for it” I have literally went out of my way to ask the barista while paying how I should order it so that it stops getting messed up because they never put the classic in or I either get half pumps of each and I’m paying for all the pumps and I don’t like the way it tastes without it on top of that all the baristas here have a huge attitude problem. Also one time I came here at like 9 and they said they were out of ice coffee and told me that I could get cold brew but it would cost more.. so I pay more because you are out of something that I want that’s on...
Read moreI originally posted this review about 2 years ago. I meant to go back and revisit the issues if they ever got dealt with. The folks working there at the time are no longer there from what I could tell. As a result service greatly improved experience was overall greatly improved the coffee on the other hand is starting to taste kind of ...eh. That however is Starbucks messing with good tasting drinks and deciding it doesn't taste enough like a dead buffalo's taint thats been dragged through a swamp then sprayed it down with skunk juice just to be sure....I haven't experienced that specific item but after what they did to mochas flavor I'd imagine that's what it would probably taste like. I'd give more stars but Starbucks Corporate needs to stop messing with stuff that works for the sake of changing something and fix get on that the flavor issue they got...
