Tiffs Grill & Ale House — Restaurant in Morris Township

The service was horrible, our waitress was rude and has now caused this restaurant to lose our business. There were 4 of us, we ordered pierogies and loaded potato skins as an appetizer to share, we only received the pierogies. We ordered the short rib grilled cheese, the chicken teriyaki and two orders of the famouss fried chicken. After we finished the perogies the waitress came to clean the table and my friends fork was on the plate and the waitress said" don't you want your fork," my friend responded with can i get a new one and she was given an attitude for asking and was answered with a rude" yeah ", then when off to talk about it with the waiter. it was covered with sour cream so, yeah, a new one was in order. Shouldn't a waitress, who makes her tips from her customers ,treat them with a little more respect and know that if a fork is dirty a new one may be in order? So after bringing her a new fork, the food arrived along with a side of her attitude because we asked her for a clean utensil. The food was was pretty good, woould have definitely gone back, but after the treatment, they have lost all us as customers. TRAIN YOU STAFF TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS...

It was our first time in Tiff's.Tiff's had 20 years of celebration and had promotion spend $20-get$20, free sundae bar-what was nice. Food was average,we had quesadillas and munchie trio.i liked how they present munchie trio-its came in three tier serving platter. What I didNOT like, they had a wheel in a separate room-on a second floor,to spin and win a prize.I spin and got a shirt,when my husband went and spin the wheel- it stopped on a GRAND PRIZE .No one was in the room to give him a prize, he went downstairs trying to find someone,who can give him a prize. He asked the waitress, she found the right gentelmen, who said: "your wife got a prize already, you can't get it!". We got so excited that he won a grand prize, and got very upset that we couldn't have it.I don't know if they didn't believe him,that its how the wheel turnd, if they didn't-they could look at cameras..It was nice Tiff's did all these extra things for there celebration, but it will be nice if we been told, that ONLY ONE PERSON at the table can turn the wheel. i do not know may be it was only one sundae per a table too-because...

One of the dirtiest places I've eaten at in a long time. My family went for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The service was ok, nothing to bring us back for, host to server. So everything was relying on the food at this point. Our appetizer plates were very dirty, and we could not find our waiter to ask for new ones. When we finally got our draft beers they tasted dirty as well, the draft lines have obviously not been cleaned in a long time. As a bartender I knew the second I tasted my beer their lines were dirty. Our appetizer came out, We ordered the mozzarella triangles, and again with restaurant background, myself as well as my husband we knew immediately something was off. They obviously don't change their oil because the fried mozzarella tasted like bad, old, uncleaned oil. We finished our meals, our sandwiches were very dry. We paid our 70$ lunch bill. And we left. As we're walking to our car my husband says "Name one good thing about that meal" I had no response for him. They may have other good menu items, but from my experience it is not worth the visit...
