Starbucks — Restaurant in Morristown

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks, ordering from here more than 20 times, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong, impressive consistency! My orders have ranged from 10 hot coffees at once (yes, 10!) to a simple hot chocolate, and most recently, a grilled cheese.

The staff is friendly and efficient, even under pressure. That said, the drive thru can get pretty busy, especially given its location. If you’re in a rush, you might want to plan ahead, as there’s a chance of a longer wait.

During my most recent visit, the line moved slower than usual, but the team handled it well. A gentleman at the window apologized, explaining that one of their ovens was down, leaving them with just one. Situations like this are out of the employees’ control, and they were clearly doing their best. Since I wasn’t in a rush, the wait didn’t bother me, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Overall, great service and reliable orders, just be mindful of the potential wait...

So when I go to the food City Starbucks I never have to ask them for a sleeve. I never have to ask them for a pup cup. I never have to ask them for one of the green stoppers first time coming in being a customer asking a pup cup a few times you don't have to ask. They remember me at the food City at the original Starbucks. You can't get remembered. They don't even remember how to put a green stopper in your hot coffee. You have to ask why is this? It's a lot more employees there at the bigger Starbucks the one that's by itself on the West end so I'm not understanding why that is. If you have more employees you should remember how to do things. Anybody that gets a hot coffee automatically should get a green stopper automatically and then if they ask for a pup cup you should automatically put a green stopper in it. That's just...

See a lot of negatives about this Starbucks along with a lot of 5 ⭐ ratings. Stopped today, line at drive thru was very long so went inside. Only a few in there with one waiting on their drink. Order took a long time to be ready(at least 20 minutes due to staff working on mobile and drive thru orders). The baristas on staff, 3 of them, were constantly at work so no fault on them. Once our White Choc Mocha and 2 Bacon Gouda sandwiches were ready they were spot on. This location needs more staffing or better management of staffing during busy periods, period!!

12-21-24: staffing appears to be much better, quick service today and friendly staff. Sandwich and mocha as noted above were good. Overall appearance is good but could use an occasional deep clean. I'd give a...
