Me and my girlfriend came to the drive through around 930 at night with only a few cars in the line. When we pull up to the drive through speaker we sat there for around 5-6 mins before any one said anything not even a"we will be with you in one moment" (I was trying to talk to see if anyone could hear me but to no avail) I thought hey maybe their sensor thing just didn't go off or they were super busy. no problem
So after they eventually get to me I order 2 frostys. And there are 2 cars ahead of me which is fine except it was about 10+ mins before they both got their food and pulled off. Ok maybe they needed to cook some more stuff and they are just trying to gate orders to catch up no problem
When I finally get to the window the manager guy takes me money then walks off and the girl working the window comes with the frostys except the cups she has in her hands are the kid size and I ordered mediums so I ask her " I ordered the mediums those look like smalls" she just handed me them and said "these are mediums" rolled her eyes and closed the window. Not good. Trust me I have eaten enough Wendy's in my life to tell a medium, small, and kids cup apart.
Now this order was sub 5 dollars so I was just gonna let it go but after looking at the frostys they were melted as it appeared that they were made when we made our order but by the time we got to the window 10+ mins later they were just puddles
So I get home an attempted to call the store to voice my dissatisfaction with the service... But no one answered. So I call again and it sound like someone picked up the phone and then hung up with out saying anything. I was thinking maybe they are busy so I wait a bit and call back. nope that happened 4 more times where some one picked up and then hung up with out saying anything
So here we are I don't normally review stores online but since no one would pick up the phone I wanted to still voice my dissatisfaction...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. Thumbs down. Y'all need to put somebody on the mic, that wants to do the job. It ain't my fault, the dude is having a bad night, life or whatever. The job still needs to be done with some decency & at least, some form of customer service. Aren't y'all getting some grub at the end of the shift? I don't need to be rushed when I'm placing my order. I dealt with that, but the grumbling & complaining about how I want my drinks, is ridiculous. He had the nerve to say, "Come on bruh", when I requested no ice for my drinks. That's your job "bruh". The job should be done with some decorum. No matter what it is. It's a building block to your prospective future. You make us as a people look bad, "bruh".That's disgusting behavior. A patron of your establishment shouldn't have to deal with that. It was an absolutely horrible experience!!! Rudeness & a completely disrespectful demeanor. That's what was exhibited at the drive thru window. Disgusting & abhorrent. Absolutely despicable. Let that dude clean the bathrooms or something. He shouldn't be trusted to be around food or take orders. Keep your biggie bags. It ain't worth it. It's pathetic, the lack of service that was displayed. I could go on, but the expletives I'd prefer to use probably aren't allowed. If I said things that mirrored how bad the service was, he'd probably want to fight me. Absurd behavior. Asinine. Truly asinine. My wife and kids agree. In addition. When I started my order, there was no one waiting behind me!!!!...
Read moreThey just keep getting worse and worse. The employees are slow and constantly making mistakes. I usually use the drive-thru and they almost get something wrong with every single order. A few days ago they didn't put napkins in the bag, they forgot the croutons that were supposed to go with my caeser salad and the chicken tenders were burned. This was after it took me over 15 minutes to get to the window when there were only 2 cars in front of me. Yesterday I waited in line again for 15 minutes only to be told that they didn't have the chicken tenders (with that big sign out there advertising the chicken tender combo). They are close by and convenient. I hope they can pull their act together.
1/22/18 update. It still just keeps getting worse and worse. I finally went for the last time today. 15 minutes in the drive-thru line and afterwards took a bite of my spicy chicken sandwich and the texture was unbelievably gross. It also tasted "off". I went back and went inside (1/2 of my lunch hour now wasted) and the woman was very rude but was going to give me another spicy chicken sandwich which I declined. I just got a hamburger. No way was I eating that chicken again. On top of that there were no napkins placed in the bag and the three tomatoes in my side salad were rotten. I do not know how this place...
