I've recently been introduced to skewer culture by my Chinese girlfriend, and honestly, I can't get enough of it. This is hands down, the best skewer restaurant in the Raleigh area. The skewers were hot and flavorful. Came in and was seated in 10 mins due to it being a pretty new establishment. I would expect wait time to increase considering the quality of the food. They serve hot-pot as well, but I can only talk about the skewers. After ordering 14 items, the more popular skewers came out quickly: can't go wrong with the fatty beef skewers. The lamb skewer was delicious as well, and I wish I had ordered more. The chicken was quite good and perfect for the girls who don't like fatty meat. The pork took a while to come out, but no issues with the taste. The flavors are all somewhat similar, with slight variations. I had no bad experience with any of the items. Do note: The corn is the starchy chewy type and might turn you off. The eggplant contains ALOT of garlic and may not be the best for date night.
