It's so good to see Food Trucks in Morrisville giving beefing competitions to the expensive restaurants at quite marginal rates and amazing variations and tastes. This place I have tried many times still need to eat many things from their menu but if you really want a filling stuffed items try their Bread Pakoda. One of the best fresh items compared to others which are double fried not fresh. Their stuffing is having the masala with Paneer in it and a pinch of chat masala on the top with the mint and tamarind chutney. Their Paneer Shawarma is ultimate all together a different level. Such a filling taste with fresh paneer. And if you have not eaten food for two days then try their Aloo Paratha. I had such a big Paratha only in India Pune Chaitanyas. Food owners are father son duo with down to earth attitude, open for feedback (I suggested them to add a couple of items in their menu and I could see those in my next visit), and quick hygiene service. They plus point is they offer a good size hot fresh masala tea FREE.Overall wonderful and delicious experience. Must try. Just ask...

The Peri Peri Chicken Popcorn was a flavor bomb—spicy, juicy, and absolutely addictive. The Ghee Roast was a showstopper, with its rich, aromatic spices perfectly balanced, leaving me craving more. And, of course, the Malabar Parotta was a buttery, flaky delight that paired beautifully with every bite.

No meal is complete without their chai—comforting, fragrant, and brewed to perfection. Every dish is packed with love and authenticity, making Gulmohar Cafe a must-visit spot for food lovers.

I tried their Chicken Tikka Tacos, which were a brilliant fusion of tender, chicken wrapped in a soft taco, topped with vibrant veggies and a drizzle of their house-made sauces. Speaking of sauces—they’re rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, they add a perfect kick to every bite.

Vegetarians aren’t left out, either. The Paneer Tikka can be enjoyed as a taco or a bowl. If you’re a fan of hearty meals, their customizable bowls are a great option.
