If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered chicken lo mein for my husband last night picked it up and brought it home and opened it and it was some type of green pepper chicken. And my husband hates green peppers. I didnāt want to have to go back so I called them to let them know that it was wrong and the lady said to come in tomorrow and bring the menu paper that they give you and she would compensate me. I went in today and she demanded to see the food which I didnāt have. We had thrown it out because none of us could eat it. She called me a liar and said we actually ate it which we didnāt. We even tried to get my daughter to eat it but it was too spicy for her and I canāt eat Chinese food. The lady started yelling at me so bad that the man from the back had to come up front and tell her to stop and told her to give me my money back. It was the worst experience Iāve ever had in a restaurant. She finally reimbursed me for the meal but had to say before I left that she thought I was a liar. I have never experienced anything like it and we are honest people and it was super insulting!!! We will...

I have been a happy occasional patron for the past 6 years, with a few unpleasant experiences here and there. BUT, I have had several notably fantastic experiences in the past few months. We recently ordered food for 8 people, takeout, and everything was delicious. Well prepared, just as expected, nothing was missing, and I even had to make an adjustment to our order last-minute; not a problem, handled with efficiency and understanding. The service was warm and friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the prices are fair. I even witnessed a customer being very rude to the staff, and they were being very patient and friendly. Makes me wonder if the bad reviews here have more to the story... At any rate, if you like Chinese takeout and you're in the area, go to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWasn't bad but wasn't great either. Was told to wait 10 more minutes as it wasn't done when I arrived then it turned out it was done sitting on the counter the whole time so it was warm enough but not hot when i got home with it. Cashew chicken was ok but extreme onion taste as if i just took a bite out of a raw onion and thats all you could taste... I have never had cashew chicken like that from anywhere or any place in the country. The fried rice was odd textured like it wasn't quite done yet did have an aftertaste and mild smell of burnt oil. I knew there was a reason i havent been there in years but i forgot so i thought i would try them again only to be reminded of why... I suggest Jade Garden in East Peoria or Cherry Garden in Washington for much better...
