From start to finish. I was a little worried when i ask to reserve this truck, unlike car or sedan rental you get a reservation number. Still day of i received a call from John, we discussed a few things. He made feel me feel very comfortable i only planned on 1 day rental but John talked me into a 2 day rental. I know that is up selling but it actually worked out for the best. From time I arrived to time back to return, I had nothing but confidence this a good decision. I had zero issue with the vehicle and zero issue with return. John check the truck over to anything I may have left. He was very polite and friendly. I went there to pick up my truck. The guy says your getting a new truck. I was like sweet. We’re going outside to look it over and we get out there and it’s filthy with a golf ball size dent above the tailgate. He acted like he didn’t see it. Then I realize the truck has a little above a quarter tank of fuel in it. Not only was the truck not cleaned obviously how could it have been sanitized if the outside is filthy. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Since my old truck is rusty and falling apart, I rented a truck to haul my trailer. When I got back home to pick up my trailer I found out the hitch receiver is 2 1/2" instead of 2" like on older trucks. I went back and they gave me an adapter but it wouldn't work. So I asked if I could return the truck, get partial refund (I didn't really expect it) and reschedule later with a different truck. They gave me full refund and a discount on the next rental.
