Let me explain why I’ll never come back to this location: Sunday, June 23nd was supposed to be a wonderful birthday treat but I wish I had not even arrived. If I had not had two accompanying me then I wouldn’t have been able to enter as there are no automatic doors. If that wasn’t infuriating enough let me go into details. Upon entering there are vending machines for toys which have the display versions on them as well. These display versions could trigger epilepsy symptoms as they flash rapidly. This made it hard for me to control my steering as a wheelchair user. As for the hostess whom provided us with such atrocious hospitality and assistance… well the prior already hints at the centre of conundrum during our event. At this location there is two main locations of seating; one was a room with a middle division and has two entries which is used to host parties. The hostess never guided us to seating. It’s Sunday and nearly packed full of people. I guided us to sit in the unoccupied non-luminated room as it was near impossible to enter the occupied section through the corresponding door…Wheelchairs don’t navigate in a 360° manner like the human skeleton can. So I wasn’t going to risk hurting myself and others. After we reached our accessible destination. I wasn’t able to independently obtain my own food so I had sent my caregiver and mother to do so. There was an employee sitting two tables behind me in the same room. Likely on break. To no fault their own led me to believe we could sit in this space. Next thing I know are quite rudely demanded we leave this space because there is a reserved party at 2pm (the same party whom had to help me leave an hour later due to the non automatic doors). This atrocious hostess did not hold the door to help me escape as this door is also non automatic. She points to the heavily occupied side of the room we just left and the main galley mostly consisting of booths. In such an angry tone tells us we can sit in “the horseshoe” or “the bunkhouse” or whatever this divided room was called. Since I’m not a regular it wasn’t clear which room as which and because I was dodging people whom obviously can’t see me 3 feet from the ground… I didn’t see the directions in which we were directed to simply by a pointing gesture. We were not guided or helped to find a space which would fit a 22” inch rimmed wheelchair sitting 3 feet off the ground. After an agonising 15 minute game of try not to get kicked, shoved and pushed by the other occupants. We found a table ourselves. The food was really, really good and the staff picking up our dishes seemed quite tense and stressed. I thanked them at every opportunity as they were far more friendlier then our hostess. We never seen a metal spoon at all the entire time. So we used forks to eat the ice cream. No big deal. Remember that party that was coming at 2pm? So we go to leave and have a bit smoother navigation this time until it came to the doors… the hostess seeing us leave never offered any assistance. It was actually the party goers coming at 2pm whom surprised me at the door by holding those doors open. Finally relieved we’re leaving as the stress has flared painful crohn’s like symptoms. I’d hate to try using the bathrooms if the doors already are difficult to open. We don’t need a clean up on isle 5 emergency… what topped it off was the lack of ramps. I have a placard. I’m parked properly in a space and the ramp is blocked off by another placard user parked incorrectly in the space reserved for deploying a vehicle ramp. The drop off point of a non ramp is 5” inches or less and that’s enough to bust the wheels on my only source of mobility as well injure myself in the process. If the other ramp at the other end of the front entrance would have been blocked too then somebody was going to have to carry me to my car it wasn’t going to be my mother whom is also physically disabled. This is not only infuriating but quite disappointing as anonymous venue reviewer. It’s my job to review venues on how they treat customers with special needs.

Rude, give you a number to place on the table, but never call the number, just put your pizza on the buffet and yell across the restaurant Pizza here, then your expected to drop everything and rush up before everyone else grabs it. Asking about it and was told Morton gives out numbers and does not bring it to the table, also they are not in the same city as Peoria and they do it differently. Why in the world did you give us a number to put on the table then? Besides that, the Chicken was burnt, desert table was empty the whole time we were there and the pizza table never really changed. I would say avoid this place and go to Peoria location where they bring your pizza to the table, have things fully sticked and the employees are nice to you. Morton did have a really nice employee, the young man cleaning tables, he was spectacular 👌 👏. Avoid this place. $35 dinner and you leave hungry still and this is an all you can eat. Cannot get full when the food is never there and what was there was burnt. You owe us a refund Pizza Ranch in Morton. 33,000,000 views on my account and counting so everyone take notice, don't waste money here.

My family loves the experience of visiting Pizza Ranch. The prices are reasonable and food is good. Usually the staff are pleasant, today the cashier/ waitress decided to add her own tip to our bill. I was standing back as my son paid with his card and I noticed the " tip" screen appeared on the monitor and he had not chose the amount yet, once we turned to leave he noticed she had went ahead and added a 15% tip onto his receipt. He decided to ask her about it and she did apologize and immediately reached under the counter & tried to pay him cash back for it. It just made me wonder , was it a true error or how many times does this occur and people don't notice. He intended to tip as always but he likes to give it directly to the floor staff and in cash. Going forward I will be cautious at this location.

Went to this location on 12/06/2024 part of a group of about 20. We called days ahead and got the party room. Upon entering I had already decided I didn't want the buffet, not trying to over eat. I stepped to the register and inquired about just some wings and they helped me order 8 wings, I assumed they were bone in chicken wings. After sitting down with the rest of the group I began the wait for my wings. The rest of the group went to get there food and they returned and began eating. Approximately an hour after ordering my wings showed up in a to go box. Everyone pretty much were done eating. I was pretty much out of the eating mood as people were starting to leave so I just took the wings home. After getting home I opened the to go box and found 8 tiny pieces of boneless chicken smaller that your typical nuggets you get at McDonald's with a small amount of dipping sauce. These small pieces of chicken came at a price of $16.00 with a soda, about the same price as the buffet. What a rip off. I was robbed...
