Little Basil — Restaurant in Morton

WARNING HAZARDOUS FOOD IT WILL GIVE FOOD POISONING MORE THEN LIKELY. I myself am a veteran to ordering food and was feeling very generous this night of MY BIRTHDAY. Which was ruined by the horrible order i was served that night of the worst food i've honestly ever had. I had the general tso's something so basic that you can't screw it up, they did. The pork fried rice was as dry as paper itself, i couldn't wait to have the egg roll. THEN boom realized why they had coupon for free egg rolls they were absolutely disgusting. Even the one that i paid for with my meal was nasty the sauces all tasted old or expired completely ruined the whole order i had. The crab rangoon itself was very stale tasting on outside and mushy inside, red sauce was like dyed water practically no taste. My wife had the chicken lo mein which was so soggy and wrapped in soggy noodles that she didn't even touch it more then one bite it tasted sour and old like it had been sitting for awhile or was old noodles who knows what it was but all my food was absolutely fowl...don't waste your money here please i beg of you xD its for your own...

I ordered food on a Tuesday at 6pm to be delivered. I would hardly think this would be the busiest time of the week for them. My delivery time was estimated to be 6:45. I called at 6:55 to check on the status. I was told it was already on its way. It's a 7-10 minute drive from the restaurant. So when my food still hadn't arrive at 7:20 I called back. I was told it was probably on its way, but there were "like 30 or 40 orders ahead of mine.' I found both of these calls to be unhelpful with giving me information about when I could expect my dinner. The food finally came at 7:30. And it was cold. In my General Tso's Tofu there were only two pieces of broccoli. Overall this was a "one-star" experience. I rated Little Basil two stars, because it's not always so terrible. But this really was not good for...

The ONLY good thing I can say is that the crab rangoon was filled with crab and cheese BUT there is a sweet and sour sauce that comes with that fails completely! I swear to you not this is my fav food at Chinese places, but the red sauce was so watery and tasteless I thought I was going to fall over. I have never been so disrespected, even places that dont do crab rangoon right have a sauce that is great. AND THE CHICKEN LO MEIN tasted so weird I cant even say how it tasted but not normal, the veggies in it were so soggy and gross! AND OMG THE EGG ROLL, let me tell you this egg roll was such a joke, not even the duck sauce could help it! The veggies from this place have to be the cheapest Ive seen yet.. So upset....
