Good selection on drinks and great customer service, but they have declined through Covid because of their lack of willingness to accept currency, as well as their prices have skyrocketed. They use to be affordable, now they are as much as a meal for a drink. Its just coffee... Also, I remember when a 5 dollar milkshake was such an extreme that it was joked about on a famous movie. Thats, Milk, Ice cream, and flavoring. Back then if you ordered one it was huge.....And now they are 12 ounces for the cheapest $5 shake. The large is $7 plus..... And last something that started to bother me was their veteran discounts. They use to give discounts to veterans as a norm. Being a veteran, I was absolutely inspired by this act where anywhere and everywhere in Idaho the Customer Service Reps would always go out of their way and ask you if you were a veteran to honor us with a discount. I was shocked when I first experienced it, because I never asked for one. I chose to serve my country on my own regard and would do it again without thought. Every time I have ever been asked or was discounted anything for my service to my country I have immediately tipped it back to the people that offer it to me for the sake equal appreciation. I did that service without expectation back and I am a proud patriot and am blessed by this land in which I have been able to live free by those that bled to provide this for me. I am honored when I am served by the same respect and regard. But some of the businesses use to offer this, have randomly stopped. And as a regularity of me tipping when offered... I one day inquired if they still provided this service and was looked at in disgust when I required as if I was looking for a handout. I asked several times to the surrounding Dutch Brothers in the area to see if it was just a specific store and got similar reactions. This was unfortunate for me to experience. It has changed my...
Read moreHonestly, not the best Dutch Bros I've been too, but their drinks have gotten more consistent and they are never gross, even if they don't taste the same as other DB locations. The biggest complaint is the line that a large number of people don't seem to understand, but that is not really Dutch Bros fault. Edit: I am no longer going to this Dutch Bros. Their drinks have gotten much more consistent, but between rising costs, and the ridiculousness that is their line, it's just not worth going to. The final straw for me was an employee watching another car aggressively cut me off in line and rather than taking my order first and having them wait, which would have been entirely possible, they took the other car's order first. Then the employee commented on how it is annoying when cars cut the line. I've also seen a car drive around 6 cars that had already ordered and wedge themselves into the line in front of them. Instead of asking the car to leave the line and come back in behind the cars that had already ordered and been waiting to order, they just took their order. It really sucks when other people have no respect for you and your time, but then to watch them be rewarded for being jerks by the Dutch Bros employees is just annoying. Sure Dutch Bros might lose the jerk customers if they ask them to wait their turn or leave the line, but I would go far more often and tell everyone how amazing they are. But at the end of the day, they show that they care more about money...
Read moreFirst D.B. experience for my husband and me. Being new to the state/area we tried here first due to knowing others that had been enjoy the menu. It is VERY busy location with a bit of an odd line set up for cars... it started as two but then merged. They had a person come to our car window once a few cars behind the window and she took our order with an i-pad. Then once we reached the window we i think paid then and not prior (like at i-pad order time) and were given our orders. Well managed and quick considering how busy it was with such a lot of cars lined up. It is always like that it seems whenever we go by as well lol A very popular location for Moscow. In comparison to other drive up drink shops aka coffee wagon/huts that we frequented i feel their menu is rather limited. It is however well made for whatever ordered and rather quick so long as there is enough staff to send out persons with the digital orders to send in pre-window time. If you are in much of a hurry though, i suggest you try another location that is less busy or go with...
