I ordered something new because what was advertised on their board looked delicious!! I was slightly disappointed as what I received did not appear anything close to the picture. I went inside and waited for 10 mins, asked employee if they could make it look more like what they were advertising in the picture.. they had not seen the picture of the sandwich .. walked them outside to show them they agreed it did not look the same. They went to see what could be done.. the "Manager" Ashlyn, was what returned to tell me that they could remake it but it's fast food and I'm probably not going to get what I ordered because that's not how it works .. she refused to add more meat to the sandwich to make it show as the picture did. Could have brought out another sandwich"premade portion" slapped it on there and I woulda been happy bit she wanted to exert that she was the boss and that would not be the case! I requested a refund cause I didn't order what she sold me!! She returned 20 mins later with my 5 $ refund and didn't include the tax I had paid .. she was rude and careless pushed the money into my hand, I said she had gone a lil overboard and I probably won't ever return to this location! Then was returned with the statement that she didn't care and hoped I didn't! Well Asslun, mission accomplished! Also, seen you about 25 mins prior to me leaving, yelling a a new employee that was cleaning your parking lot about how she wasn't good enough and should find another job .. she was doing your grunt work and you again were being a p.o.s. so I hope karma isn't too rough on you cause you're really just an awful person! Sonic,. You can do better than this ! Update; I thought maybe the staff had cycled thru and I'd give it another go.. well, not much different, ordered a footlong coney what I got was a shriveled 8" coney... Read moreI have never had a good experience here. Last night, my spouse and i were ordering and when I finished telling them my order and my husband started his, they interrupted and told us it would be right out. Didn't ask if we were finished ordering or anything, just left. When we buzzed in to add to our order, a new person was on the line and was very rude to us at first, as if we were the ones who closed out an order too early rather than just being cut off. I requested at least three times to not have ranch as I am not able to eat it, and to substitute with mustard, and guess what ended up on my food? Ranch. Good thing I'm not THAT allergic. The other two sauces for dipping that we requested were not included. Just the ranch and one tiny packet of mustard for us to share.
I've worked fast food and I know it sucks. Man, I want my experience to be hassle-free just as much as the employees do and I am fine with small mistakes, but I think this will be my last visit. I don't drive out here from Pullman to be cut off and scoffed at, and I definitely will not risk being given an item i cannot eat (when I requested over and over to leave it out) again.

The food is sub par at best but my biggest complaint is that they are "open" late (3am) but will not accept orders past midnight. The employees just look at you then go back to scrubbing a table and will take any means necessary to avoid you. At 12:03 I walked up to the walk up order menu that is specifically for walk ups. I pressed the button and after a few flashes someone picked up the microphone but didn't not say anything. I thought, "ok they are just getting their headset on" but they never said anything, which I thought was unusual. So I pressed the button again and again the same thing. All the while I could see someone scrubbing a table in the kitchen refusing to make eye contact with me after I initially walked up.
