Terrible customer service upon entering the restaurant there was no employees at the front counter for over four minutes once the manager finally did come forward from the back my friend and I ordered two smokehouse brisket meals. We got our drink glasses and proceeded to the soda machine, which was absolutely disgusting. There was sticky, pop, lids, straw, wrappers, and stains all over the counter. It was so bad my friend Ashley, use some water out of the vending machine and some napkins and cleaned up most of the sticky pop off the counter, we proceeded to find a table and seated ourselves and we’re only seated for a few moments before our order was called. I went to the counter, got our meals and proceed back to the table which was also pretty dirty. Upon opening our smokehouse briskets we both realized that the onion rings were old and both sandwiches were cold in the middle. Definitely not fresh definitely not worth the $30 we spent . I went to the counter and asked an employee, if if they could make them fresh. I got a sign in eye roll, but she reluctantly agreed to do it as she turned to go make her sandwiches. The manager came up from the back and asked what the problem was to the employee I promptly let him know that the sandwiches were old and that I requested fresh ones, he didn’t say much he didn’t apologize, but just proceeded to go out front and smoke a cigarette by the door. While he was out there, smoking, a car went through the drive-through and they also returned their food. I don’t know if it’s a common practice at this restaurant or not but I was very disappointed in the lack of motivation and customer service skills that the manager displayed. It seemed like it took six or seven minutes and our sandwiches were done again. When I went to order, not only did it take them about 10 minutes to take my order, there was another elderly lady, waiting for her order to be taken as well. They seemed to only be focused on drive-through times, as they parked every single order that came through. While standing around waiting to place my order, I noticed that the lobby was also dirty the sauce station definitely had not been cleaned the night before. There was soda all over the soda station, which shows me they had not cleaned that either. All the surfaces behind the register were also dirty, having stains which obviously signs of them not being cleaned for a while. Read moreI love Arby's, so I stopped at the location in North Bend, WA for some dinner on my way home to Yakima. When I was almost home, I realized I had left my wallet in the bathroom of the North Bend Arby's. 😬 The published phone number for the store wasn't working, so I could not get a hold of anyone there. I called the Arby's customer service number and a very nice person took down my info and emailed the store. The manager called me first thing the next morning - they had my wallet and it was in their safe! Thank goodness! AND they generously put it in the mail to be sent to my home in Yakima. I can't express how horrible I felt when I realized I left my wallet there (credit cards, drivers license, gift cards, etc., all seemingly gone forever). The employees at the North Bend store are amazing for keeping it safe and getting it back to me. I loved Arby's before but now I'm a die-hard, lifelong customer. Thank you...
