A Staff member should not get into personal buisness of customers during a very small argument with a family member over ordering please let lady with gap in teeth know this. She this staff member kept referencing I had an attitude. which all I said to that family member was to order me somthing without cheese on it and I will eat it I said it twice then said I dont know you brought me here to eat a specific meal this family member who owed me by the way. Was the one who brought me in there to try a burger this family member could not find which I'm not used to ordering at arbys I'll give 3 stars because the food was good but the last thing I want to do is eat food from someone that thinks i have an attitude problem and references it out loud more then once in front of every one like this Staff member did. Very awkward feeling when I left. And was quite upset with that family member also to for whispering things to the clerk like trying to get the staff member to take sides which staff member did. in my opinion this staff member should not get involved instead should have minded own buisness or show case meals and that's it. Read moreWe love Arby's food. They are an excellent alternative to burgers. We stopped at the Arby's s just off the freeway in Moses Lake while traveling to Spokane. Although the food was fine...I wouldn't order the wraps again, they were ok, the service was terrible. We waited at least 20 minutes for our food. The girl taking our order didnt greet us...in fact she said nothing to us when we approached the counter, after we waited so long for our food she didn't apologize for the wait nor say a word. The drink and condiments area was very dirty and they hadn't stocked their lids. The experience was bad enough we will not go back. The only saving grace was the kid bussing tables when we left thanked us for coming in. That was more than the guy in the beaning staring at his clipboard said. Read moreLiterally the worst customer service. FROM THE MANAGER. We went into the lobby waited around 5 min in line (not what I'm complaining about) then when it was our turn to order the nice cashier asked what we would like we start answering and then the manager cuts us off mid sentence and tells us the lobby is closed (even for our to go order ) and that we would have to go through the drive. Okay that's not terrible so we go do that and we order and fairly slowly (I work in fast food and know that somtimes people order too fast... we did not) we get halfway through and he stops us and asks us to repeat the whole thing ... fine. He repeats it back correctly then we pull up get our order and we check for all our items. We had them all yay! Get home go to open my classic beef and cheddar to find they are completely plain with no cheese...
