Filing this under a different name because I live here, but I did file a complaint with the department of health. The girl cutting the meats and cheese has such long fingernails that they poked right through the fingertips of her rubber gloves, and she’s touching everybody’s food with her bare fingers. The couple in front of me had six or seven items so she moved over to add the toppings on my sandwich again with her bare fingers. The bacon tray was almost empty, just crumbs, and instead of going and getting new bacon she lifted the grate, dumped the crumbs into the tray full of grease, grabbed a handful from the grease with her hands, and put it on the sandwich. She then moved the sandwich from the plastic cutting board to the bare metal counter, reached under the counter and grabbed a wet white rag and rang it out, wiped down the cutting board, then with her wet gloves and bare fingers, grabbed the sandwich and wrapped it. I could not believe what I was watching, this girl has either had zero training, or she just doesn’t care. Either way, I bet she’s going to care when the owner gets the report from the DOH, beyond disgusting and they will never get another penny from us or any of our...
Read moreThey don’t toast your sub. Ever. Not even if you ask nicely. Not even if you beg with sad sandwich eyes. I walked in ready to enjoy a warm, melty masterpiece—and instead, got a cold bread reality check. I asked if they could toast it and was met with the kind of “no” that felt rehearsed… like they’ve had this conversation 300 times and still refuse to plug in the toaster. To be fair, the sandwich was fine. The ingredients were fresh, and they moved quickly. But let’s be honest—a sub without toasting is just a cold assembly of what could’ve been great. If you’re into room-temperature disappointment layered with good intentions, this might be your spot. But if you believe in the healing power of warm bread, keep driving.

Read moreFranchise owner told us we were interrupting his dinner with his family at 5:30 when we were getting dinner for our family at his store. Service is nonexistent and it shows from our experience with the owner. Wrong order to start, we catch it before we leave and then we were told we’d have to pay extra for our order to be made again. Plus if we got our sandwich items on the side instead of the sandwich we’d have to pay more on top of the extra for remaking the order they messed up from the beginning. Moses lake is already lacking diversity in our food scene and having a new restaurant with an owner/owners that only care about the money and not the service will stagnate any new opportunities that might arise with other businesses that might look to establish themselves here in...
