Read moreI am amazed at these reviews; all of them are the same experience I had. The person that took my order was the same person who took my money, and then was at the next window to give me my order as this was at about 4:45 am that might not be odd but she was so rude, disrespectful and even confrontational and it increased with each encounter. The order was wrong with the first drink she handed me, I gave it back and asked for the right one and she full on threw the wrong one like a baseball and it hit somewhere inside with a very loud crash. She then told me I was being rude and I told her she was the “snot”. She left and a manager came to the window and apologized for her behavior; “ she just broke up with her boyfriend “ he said. They are getting paid to be there not us, what does it matter ? The really bad part was that supposedly their system was down and they could only take cash and not give receipts. My order was wrong entirely except the one drink they replaced right at the window, so when I went back to talk to another manager about it she couldn’t find my order in the system and wasn’t going to do a thing about any of it because she basically said I was lying. Her attitude wasn’t much better than the baseball player from earlier that day. I am so amazed that the place is still even getting business judged by the reviews all being so very negative. I called corporate and am waiting on a call back from them. Don’t go there, right next door is a Carl’s Jr. please do yourself...
Read moreI usually do drive thru at this location, but because the app was having issues, I went in to order.
I was really disappointed and frustrated with what I experienced. Out of the 6 meals we ordered, 5 of them were messed up in one way or another. Fries were forgotten, quantities were off on meals, things put on a burger that we asked to take off, and sauce not put on sandwich. Also, The receipt never printed out, which they did try to fix, but then simply gave up.
I dealt with multiple people throughout these mistakes, and yet I only received one half hearted and mumbled apology.
I realize they were busy, and I overheard something about being understaffed, which I get can affect things. But, multiple employees were on their phones, and no one was wearing any type of gloves. I don't know about all the rules when it comes to handling food, but touching a (probably germy. As are most phones) phone and then grabbing food items can not be sanitary.
I understand that certain things were out of their control when it comes to this experience and human error happens. I try to be as polite and kind as possible in these situations, and I did my best to communicate calmly. But, this was just BAD customer...
