Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Moulton

It's apparent that the newness has worn off this place. Went in this morning the cashier(cristal) was awesome. We ordered 2 breakfast plates, large ice coffee, small drink. Cristal made a simple mistake (rang up a reg ice coffee). The manager(paula) on duty was EXTREMELY rude. She fixed a regular ice coffee and I told her that it should've been a large. Well she gave a bulldog look as if it was a burden to fix a large. Then she literally attempted to put plates that melted in the holding bin with our food on it, on our tray. Had I not said anything she would have left it like that. She then gave me ANOTHER bulldog look when I told her to change the plates. I also witnessed one of employees eating ice cream out of barrel in the front cooler and then putting the tub back into the cooler. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN. 06/18/2024 edit: Revisited the Jack's in Moulton, hoping to have a better experience and see if time has fixed some issues. I posted pictures below of the new cheesy bacon chicken sandwich. I tried a bite, did not have a good flavor at all. So I decided to pull it apart and look. How nasty! The cheese was terrible, chicken was not crispy, and basically no flavor of satisfaction. I'll continue to drive to Double Springs if I'm in the mood for Jack's.

I don't care when or what day you go through their drive through your order will be missing something, not packaged right or not prepared correctly. They could really use some help from the Double Springs store, or even East Lawrence store.

Tried them again and get the same service. You people absolutely suck...

i’ve been screwed over by jus about every jacks in the moulton/trinity area, but my fiancé and i went to get some food and ordered the loaded mac & cheese. needless to say that apparently the employees are to lazy to make some fresh mac & cheese because it’s 8/15 and on the bottom of each little cup was 8/14. under no circumstances should i pay decent money for some not fresh, reheated food. usually i’m not the type to complain but if your getting paid to cook and serve food then i feel it’s only right to do that task. not stand around, heat up food, and cut up. on top of that i didn’t even get a “have a nice day” or anything. it was jus a awkward silence so i didn’t know if they was going to hand me more...
